I was having car trouble a couple weeks ago, passing through town alone from the Bay Area. I had 2 1/2 hours more to go. A warning light came on saying “AC off due to high engine temp”. Also, my temperature gauge and AC stopped working. It was a hot Sunday, which was concerning knowing that most places are not typically open. I was so grateful to find out that Firestone in Vacaville was indeed open! I pulled up to the back of the building and was greeted by Paul and John. I have nothing but good things to say about these two gentlemen. They were very attentive, patient, caring about my situation being alone and far from home, and jumped right on the issue. They immediately ran some diagnostics and discovered a malfunctioning electronic programming issue. They resolved it, and even gave me the electronic error code that my car generated, so I could provide it to my mechanic when I got home. My engine did not overheat, and the temperature gauge and AC began working properly again! They didn’t charge me for the visit, and then sent me on my way with comfort that I would have a safe drive home. Thank you Paul, John & Firestone for your exceptional service!

I didn't give them a 5 because 1.5 hours after I was sent the diagnostic report, I still hadn't received a phone call. I had to call them. They also listed on my diagnostic report that I needed windshield wiper fluid, when I literally had just filled it myself 3 days prior. When checking in, they asked if wanted them to change the air filter and cabin filter. I know they try to upsell on things that are easy to change yourself and on unnecessary things, so My husband was outside and i asked him. He said just stick with the free diagnostic check (I had a $10 off coupon) and oil change. I googled it and my car DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A CABIN FILTER!. We trust them to do what is asked, but don't let them talk you into anything extra.

They got me in first and finished my car very very fast. But did not have time to answer my questions following the work being done I think because there was other people in line behind me. I asked for a estimate and would have liked to schedule future work for my vehicle however felt rushed out or like I was inconveniencing them so I left. The tech did not look at my shocks as I asked when I arrived i was annoyed upon leaving because I really need this job done. Anyways I would go back to them. They just need to be a little more courteous to the person they are helping. None of my questions I had that day got answered.

Great work on my car. I will say the bathroom was so bad I took a pic, but it was so gross I didn't post it. I wait over two hours after they said less than an hour. Your waiting area needs new chairs n cleaning. However I can live with all that because the work was great. Also the lady that helped me was great.

Came here for an oil change. Had an appointment for 2pm. I don't get my car back till 4pm. I leave there to go on with my day then I realize I should check in they put my wheels lock. They didn't put it back. I drove back to get my wheel lock but they said they missed placed it somewhere. Please if you go to this location check if they put the wheel lock back. An hour tops oil change takes them 2 hours ?

I had an appointment for 11:00. I called around 9:45 to see if I could get in any earlier. The gentleman said YES! I was so excited! I drove over, and 45 minutes later it was complete! Awesome!!!

Exceptional customer service from when I was greeted upon entering and assisting me with my tire issues. i was told it would take about 3 hours, but the work was completed in less than hour. Your staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. I made a good chouce when selecting your company to purchase tires for my suv. The warranty covered most of the cost and I was back on the road quicker than anticpated. Great job Vacaville!!

Firestone is amazing! I work for a company and our company van tire went flat and we brought it here and some other things needed fixing and Firestone fixed everything before our fleet company approved it so in the end the wheel alignment got denied from the company but Firestone still did not charge us for it. Marissa was very nice and respectful about everything. , I've dealt with her multiple times and she is very polite and understanding. The value of the work is always great here. Thank you guys for everything!
