Firestone is amazing! I work for a company and our company van tire went flat and we brought it here and some other things needed fixing and Firestone fixed everything before our fleet company approved it so in the end the wheel alignment got denied from the company but Firestone still did not charge us for it. Marissa was very nice and respectful about everything. , I've dealt with her multiple times and she is very polite and understanding. The value of the work is always great here. Thank you guys for everything!

I been coming to this location in Vacaville for years now , I buy my tires n get service done on all 3 my cars . The front desk help is very helpful they listen to your needs n give suggestions on what needs urgent attention n what needs to b done in da future . Good prices on tires n easy drive up air pressure check from mechanics . Definitely recommend this location they keep getting better from when I first started using them.

They were able to get me in right away when I had a serious leak in my tire. They found the cause, which unfortunately was not fixable (due to location of damage), but they replaced my tires on the spot. The staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. They showed genuine care and concern regarding my needs. Definitely one of the best Firestone locations I have been to and one of the best mechanic/tire places in general.

Got an oil change and checked the oil a few days later ,it was 1 full quart low ,my truck takes 6 quarts and they charged for 6 but the chubby guy only put 5 it appears because it has no leaks and it can't burn 1 full quart in a few days.

Had my rotors changed and my vehicle hasn't driven the same since. I've taken it back multiple times, each time being told that nothing was wrong. I'm left clueless as to what it is and hopefully soon I can find someone new to assist me.

At about 3:00pm, I scheduled an appointment online for the following day. I figured all was good, so I made plans for the day around the appointment. The clown of a manager waited until 6:15am the day of the appointment to call and say she didn't notice the appointment until then so she isn't going to honor it. With that level of management incompetence and rudeness, there's no way I'll ever trust this shop.

I went to Firestone Vacaville to get 2 new rear tires because there was a nail. The next day, the front passenger tire was also suddenly worn out with 5 PSI Tire Pressure. As I check, there was also a nail in it.They also didn't even care to tire pressure the front tire to 35 psi, but just leave it to 5-10 psi.These guys in Firestone Vacaville might be putting nails into my tires & not even fixing the front tire psi, because its all for the sake of business profits for the store.Firestone Vacaville needs to start putting cameras whenever its employees work with the customer's vehicle.

I took my car here to find out what was wrong with it, and instead of paying the dealership 200 dollars to diagnose it I paid almost nothing!! Robert was great he called and told me what was wrong., he explained different options and pricing and they repaired my car in just a few hours! The dealership always have my Honda all-day here I would say repairs was a hour an a half!! Thank you!!! Time for appointment and them looking at it I would say a hour an half !! Not bad!!

I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle serviced early Monday. It is now Wednesday morning at 7am two hours before i requested for a 9am slot and Marisa who claims to be a manager of services called to tell me I need to reschedule. Mind i took a day off to get my vehicle serviced and two hours prior to the assumed appointment she calls to let me know that I need to move tomorrow or friday. She gives me some excuse of only having two techs today then she tells me that she couldn’t confirm earlier because of some promotion…she provides every excuse in the book of why she couldn’t. When a customer takes time from their work schedule to get their car serviced they don’t want to hear about your business difficulties they want you to work with them if that means to work harder or figure out how to squeeze someone in then so be it. Poor planning on your part doesn’t constitute a mistake on mine. I will be taking my cars somewhere else. Don’t go here. Go somewhere else.Service: Oil change

I use them for the best tire rotation and wheel alignment package, and you pay a one time for the package you don't have to buy your tires from them to get the package I buy my tires form tire rack and ship them yo firestone.
