As a customer of this bank, I wanted to withraw $30.00 in quarters (3 rolls) at the Vacaville branch. The teller stated there was a Federal limit of only $20.00 in quarters that I could have, although she could not quote me this "law".

Been with First Northern Bank for over 20 years. A friendly atmosphere, a place where you are treated as family. Proud to say 'That's My Bank".

Aging mother speaks limited english. Northern bank, davis street ,vacaville happily opened her account for her by her nodding, saying yes to have me speak for her.. Today we did same to withdraw. I was told by desk clerk that the bank manager said that mother has to say"I want to withdraw my money". They didn't tell us that when acct opened!! She didn't have to say I want to open acct, I did for her. Also this bank does not accept power of attorney that she notorized to have (her daughter) pay her bills, and have access to transfer some savings to chking. They said have a Will or get an attorney. So if parents have a Will, and your mom is heir from dad who just died, and you inherit next and your mom has a stroke, not incapacitated but can't talk for months, and can only nod,and she still alive, your not getting access to her funds to help her if she can't say what they want her to say, and you don't have joint ownership on that acct..Nice going in with money, but try taking it out..So to help mom she now needs to find, and loses $15,000 for attorney fees with the bank getting interest on money she can't withdraw..have to let bills pile up,..call elder care social service for elders about emergency court appearance and wait for court date.call seven on your side for people know, and it don't cost a parent $15,000 from their life savings. Guess what banks signature card names are for only writing check while parent alive. Need a joint ownership to access funds to pay their bills April 6, 2022..-5 score

We are leaving first northern after 20 years. This bank has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. They closed all of their banks except the one downtown and that is horribly slow and with terrible attitudes. Bye. Going to US Bank.

I would give zero stars if I could. I watched a teller ask other tellers to deal with a black and Hispanic customer this Friday and her like was open. Also made racist comments like "Kung-fly". They refuse to fire this garbage person. I suggest moving to another bank and not let this racist people make a penny off ur money.

I love this bank, (Vacaville branch)., and all of the friendly, knowledgable people that work there. They always have a smile, and know me by name, and are willing to help me out whenever I have a question. If the person I ask doesn't know the answer, she will find someone for me who can answer my question, not just say, "Oh, I don't know", and leave it at that. They go out of their way to help you out, and they offer a wide variety of services, and can advise you on what is a good fit for your situation. My husband and I have been with this bank for 20+ years. We have both business, and personal accounts with First Northern bank, and are very happy with the relationship we have with them.

This is the most user friendly bank in the area and 110% support on customer service. Karen Seymour, as branch manager is outstanding with her knowledge and problem solving abilities. I highly recommend this bank in Vacaville.
