I usually don’t write reviews, but after this recent visit, I feel compelled to share my experience. I came back to this location after a few years, hoping for the same great service we once enjoyed. However, I was deeply disappointed by the behavior of two employees.
Not only did they completely ignore us as customers, but when we tried to address the issues, they were defensive, unprofessional, and dismissive. It was clear they were more focused on defending their actions than assisting us or addressing our concerns.
It’s frustrating because we returned with high expectations, only to be met with rudeness and indifference. Unfortunately, it seems that these employees either don't care about their job or don't know the importance of good customer service.
We will definitely not be returning. You lost customers forever! It’s a shame because we used to enjoy coming here. Hopefully, management can address this and ensure future customers don’t have to deal with the same poor treatment.

Warm welcoming atmosphere with Amazing customer service. I was looking for a Crossbody purse and couldn’t find what I was looking for until I saw what one of the employees carrying what looking for. She went above and beyond to find me 2 Crossbody purses at amazing prices.I’ll be back soon.!!!

Imagine preparing for a trip to Bali, Indonesia, and stepping into the Guess Outlet in Vacaville, only to find yourself followed by a staff member throughout the store. Despite having visited 39 countries where I've shopped, sometimes for professional purposes such as researching historical information, I returned to California to encounter suspicion, unlike that which I faced while traveling. The persistence of anti-blackness within the Spanish and Portuguese communities remains evident, as I recently experienced during my travels to Portugal and Spain.
Regardless, Abercrombie and Hollister came to my aid, providing sleek, thin shirts for my trip. However, after this experience, I vow never to enter a Guess store again, regardless of the country. Good job team.

The staff here are very rude and unprofessional. They act like they're not happy with there job . They should train there customers how to be nice to people . I will never buy again in this store . Guess please do something with your staff behavior. The girl working here ( didn't get her name but she is hispanic or Latina) is very rude, she seems likes she's always pissed off, annoyed by customers. Her customer service is awful.

Guess Vacaville overcharging customers. Saying buy one and get second one for 50% off. We had to go back to correct everything. They overcharged us for more than $50. They even didn't say sorry, just saying system errors

I had a really bad experience at this store. They staff here is super rude and i experienced it more than twice. The trail room is always a problem. And the clothes they put on clearance doesn't even have 50% off??♀️.

Anothee 1 star for Guess, walk in right off top without looking at receipt told me a return item was store credit under 30 day return... the worse policy worst store, why do they do that because they know they need the money store will be closing soon im Guessing Guess bye bye for long

I give one star for the unprofessional and rude staff. They are not welcoming to customers and close the dressing rooms during open hours. They need to be trained to serve diverse population. I can see that other customers shared similar experiences. I am hoping that leadership is paying attention to these reviews to re-train their staff. Ultimately, staff's spay is depending on customers buying the products. Please improve on your work culture!!!!
