Service department is horrible. The lack of professionalism is unsettling. A simple oil change service, which I was told would take 1-2 hours, took 4. Not exaggerating. When I brought it up to the service associate who took in my car all he said was ‘ok’. No ownership at all. No apology. Nothing. If Hyundai had another dealership close by I would much rather go anywhere instead of Vacaville Hyundai. I’m in the market for a new car and Hyundai has been great to me but I will 100% be buying from another dealership if I buy another Hyundai.

Pros: looks relatively modern and spaciousCons: All the bad stuff you would expect from a car dealer. Pressure selling tactics, inflated pricing, general evasiveness about everything, poor product knowledge limited to key selling points quickly read from a manufacturer website in front of you.. You will be constantly sized up to estimate how much money can be extracted from you. You're a mark to them to be exploited not a customer to provide a good service for. You'll leave this establishment feeling like you swam in a pool of dirt and slime. Stay away and buy online instead to avoid being ripped off

Great service and so friendly! We just had to do an end of lease buyout, Edwin and Jo were awesome. I was really dreading going in to get it done but they made the process so smooth. Got me a good rate and got me out of there pretty quick! Go ask for either, I highly recommend!!

I have used Hyundai of Vacaville several times and feel it is worth the drive to get good service. Rocky Stanley was the Service Advisor who checked me in, explained the pricing levels and found a combo that worked best for me. He told me about local shops that had what I was looking for, arranged transportation to and from the shops, and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. My car work was done timely and I met my warranty requirements. It still works great and I am happy with my car repair experiences.

Just out of curiosity, I sent an inquiry through their website to find out the price of an Elantra that caught my eye. First thing the next morning I got a call from Dia. It wasn't quite ready yet, but she reached out to her manager to get pricing for me. A little higher than I had been looking for, but she assured me they could work with me. From the minute I got to Vacaville Hyundai, I was treated awesome by so many. I worked with both Dia and Ed, and had some interaction with Gregg as well. I got my little Red Elantra and named her Scarlett. Dia even called a few days later to check on and see how it was going. Small issue with the USB port but nothing major. She told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. I'm very impressed and extremely happy with the overall experience, and the car!

Great job! I went in hoping to get a new car but prepared to not get one, just in case. I got exactly what I wanted, great deal and they took my trade in. Daniel my salesman was awesome! I NEVER felt pressured and he was honest and very friendly. Highly recommend.....and my new car rocks!

DO NOT BUY FROM HYUNDAI OF VACAVILLE !!!I regrettably bought a new car from them in 2021. I also bought the extended warranty. I had nothing but problems with the infotainment center and they could not fix it. I finally sold the car in Jan of 2023 and asked the finance person to cancel my extended warranty package. After jumping through the HOOP to get that done, I was told my remaining money would be mailed back to me in 6-8 weeks. Today is 9-27-2023 and after weeks of calling and leaving my name and number asking someone to call me back, they refuse to. They are obviously holding onto my money, hoping I move on without it. Every time I have called to speak to the finance person, they are unavailable or in a meeting. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!They need to be better than this!!

Extremely disappointed with my experience due to deceptive business practices and subpar customer service. I had filled out a sales order form even before their opening hours. Afterward, I received a text asking how they could assist me, to which I promptly replied that I was interested in leasing a car. They assured me they would get back to me.However, the frustration began when, despite three follow-up calls and their promises of actively working on my request, I received the news that the vehicle I wanted had been sold. This ordeal left me thoroughly unsatisfied, and I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase or lease from this dealership. Your experience is likely to be far from pleasant, so exercise caution and consider alternative options

I was happy with the workmanship, but very unhappy with my attempts to communicate with the Service department when I was trying to explain the reason why I had unexpectedly dropped off my car late on Tue, Oct 3. I called the main number on Wed, Oct 4 in the morning and was transferred to the Service department's extension. I waited a good 10 minutes and no one picked up, then I hung up. I tried calling again and explained what happened to the receptionist, and he said he was sorry and would reach out to them again. The exact same thing happened. On hold forever so, once again, I hung up. I tried again later in the afternoon the same day, and once again, no one answered. I even tried to reach them through their online chat but I could only reach the Sales department. The person that answered my chat said he would pass my contact info to the Service department. I didn't get a call back from the Service department until Thu, Oct 5. I think Hyundai of Vacaville needs to into why the calls transferred are not being answered. This situation showed me that improvements to the customer service experience are needed.

Complete waste of time. Find a dealership with updated sales tactics that are willing to give you an out the door price right away. As a consumer, I recommend you take your business elsewhere. I was also very disappointed with the attitude of their sales manager as he disrespected me and instead of educating me in a kind way, he spoke down to me.

We had a wonderful experience buying our car from this dealership. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by friendly staff. We were so blessed meeting Dia from sales! My experience with Hyundai of Vacaville has been phenomenal. Garrett was direct and upfront about pricing and completely understood my needs for a new vehicle. He simplified the process of buying by having my sign most of the documents online. We agreed on the pricing over the phone and email and I spent a little more than 2 hours at the dealership to get my brand new vehicle. Shout out to Jose in finance to make the process super smooth (was done in 15 mins). No upsell and respected my choices.I have had extremely positive experience with this dealership and would recommend giving them a chance for your car buying needs.
