I swear every time I come here I want to buy the whole store lol. It is really big and everything is in stock and organized. I love coming here during the holidays. Just take a sip of coffee and walk around. Customer service is nice and friendly.

I was greeted as I walked in by an employee who explained to me the percentage off of items in the store with a coupon. The store is well organized and laid out well. The shelves are stocked, and there is lots to look at. Overall, I would give this store an a+ for its organization, cleanliness, and staff interactions.

I was walking around with my mother as we wait for Fuji Sushi's long wait time when we walked in. My mom was interested item but couldn't describe it properly. We walked around but couldn't find what she was looking for until we met Richard. He knew within seconds exactly what my mom was talking about. He checked the back room and found one. I was getting it no matter what then we found out it was on a Huge sale. Great experience from the Kirkland's team and big shoutout to Richard.

I purchased order #15544678 online on 10/28/2022. I typically order items that have a delayed delivery date, so I was not surprised that my order was taking a while. On 12/5/2022, I contacted the Vacaville, California store and spoke with Aimee, store manager. I inquired about my order, and she explained that she initially received the order before thanksgiving, that the store was busy, and she could not work on my online order. Later after I informed her that I would contact corporate, she changed her statement to say she could not check in my ship-to-store purchase. I asked Aimee what is Kirkland's protocol when an order is unable to be checked in, but she did not have an answer. I informed Aimee that I was charged on 11/8/2022, and she suggested I contact corporate regarding the matter. As a consumer, I am disappointed by the lack of customer service. If Aimed was experiencing a problem with my order, she should contact online sales to rectify the situation. Aimee and the Vacaville staff chose to ignore my order instead. If I could give zero stars I would.

Strong scented candles and potpourri when you walk in the door gives you a headache and you just want to leave .. tone it down

It's sad to be excited about shopping for my daughters newly built home, and not buying anything because the clerk is following you around the store, and never greeting you!! You know who you are, I was in your store on April 10 at 11:50 am!! Very rude employees!! I will take my money elsewhere and tell everyone who will listen!! Kirkland doesn't need our money!!
