Very nice store, good selections from babies to adult, home and travel. A little crowded with merchandise in the aisles at times, changed from checkout at both entrances, to only one checkout at west entrance only and added self checkouts (just remember, on self check to have security tags removed from items, if any)

Disappointed that the scanner was not working in the store. My person at the checkout counter could learn how to smile. Overall, found several things I was looking for.

This store is a fantastic gem not far from the outlets in Vacaville. Right next to Home Depot. Since they started accepting Amazon returns here, I seem to go here a lot. It’s a store with community written all over it. I run into my old landlord and share a smirk at the local kohls, sign up for their charge card! Oh and a Sephora here. Open a coffee shop and I’d be here daily, like a biggby coffee!

This kohls in vavaville had a great sale on these Lee extreme comfort pants. $20 a pair. The store was clean, and the employees were responsive and friendly.

Did I just leave the country or something? Went into the Vacaville Kohl's this week, and they had a Spanish music channel playing, no English music at all - and I was there for quite a while. Guess this means I don't fit their more popular demographic.

I do like the clothes and the discounts but the manager of the store in the evening is a piece of work. He does not own the Kohl's store and is just a basic passive aggressive man. But I will not let him deter me from shopping at Kohl's because I really like the selection.

Haven't been here since before the pandemic and they have switched things around a bit. However, a lot of low priced men's clothing that are my style so I enjoy the selection here.

Doing Amazon returns at Kohl's is a total pain in the ass over the last several months I have had a lot of Amazon returns. Most of the issue lies with the fact that they change the return location constantly they say that there's a sign in front of the store well, there's a sign in front of just one entry door, not both and half the time the sign is pointing the wrong direction so I go to the return location waiting with all my stuff to return stand in line before Rudely someone tells me you have to go to the other side of the tour store for the return. The inconsistency is absolutely annoying. And the fact that the sign is never pointing the right direction is even more annoying. Such an easy solution to be fixed. Or just have one consistent location for Amazon returns.
