I have been getting my lashes done by Kim for almost 6 months. Kim is the epitome of how all lash artist’s should be. Her level of expertise and years of experience shows in her work. She is kind, patient, and efficient. Every time I get my lashes done, the environment is calm and relaxing. I have been going to Kim for two years now and I am sad to say that her work has go down in quality. I had been getting regular fills without any misses and my eyelashes never stay on. I've brought this up to her and she says that it might be the weather, allergies, etc. I am now going to another lash lady and do not have this problem. Maybe the weather is different there?

Kim!! I came say enough about her & talent!! She is not only my lash lady, my friend, counselor!! she is the most beautiful person! I feel beautiful every time I get my lashes done, all thanks to her! I get SO many compliments on my lashes! You need lashes, got to Kim!!

I had an amazing experience here. Lex had done my lashes and I showed her exactly what I wanted and she delivered. It was identical to the picture and I walked out feeling so much more confident. She took her time to make sure it was done the way I wanted and verified afterwards if it was the right length and all. Thankful I found someone close by to rely on for all my future eyelash needs. I got my eyelash extensions done here yesterday. It took me about 24 hours to really fully process the experience that I had at this business. I'll keep it short and sweet: the extensions are poorly attached. A lot of them have already fallen out. This is not my first experience with getting extensions, so I know how to take care of them and they have stayed on for at least two to three weeks, with other technicians. They also don't look natural and high quality. The other issue that I have with this place is it's loud, lots of folks in one room, no masks worn by staff at all. I won't be back, and I can't recommend. UPDATE: found out they do artificial pre-made fans for your eyelashes versus handmade. Ladies, do your research. Handmade only. The artificial pre-made have broken my eyelashes. These are terrible people and they should not be in business. Not to mention the condescending gas lighting response the owner has listed below. I have experience with eyelash extensions, I know how to handle them.Service: Eyelash extensions

If she is sick and needs to make up the day for the clients who weren't see, she will call her favorite clients in for the fills on her available day. She won't bother calling you if you're just a client even if you were cancelled when she was sick. Find your own appt availability online with her. I wasn't pleased about that type of business attitude.

Arielle accidentally hit me with the ring light causing a concussion. Kim has promised to help by paying my medical bills and has not helped me. She is ignoring me. Be aware of the injustice.
