Prices are outlandishly high, they don't stock nearly as much variety as they used to and the culture is that they basically don't care. Maybe they'll just get it over with and go out of business?

Every time I tried to call these people they never answer the phone and their water testing machine is always seems to be down , not functioning. Very bad customer service I tried to call the main corporate office and got hooked up with the Philippines...

We had a new pump installed on Wednesday and it turns out it didn't have enough horsepower for our Jacuzzi. My husband went to the store today feeling frustrated and left really happy. They are going to exchange the pump for a bigger one this week with no extra charge. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much.

On hold for 45 minutes I had to go to work so hung up kept trying after and they never answered. I have major leak in my pump not sure what to do . Called again and they were busy so he gave me a service number and my apt was made to fix my leak parts are ordered. It pays to be patient because it’s a busy time of year. Thank you Leslie’s ?

We’ll I called again and got through instead of putting me on hold he gave me the number of the service tech and I have an appointment in a week and a half as my pool pump leaks water I’ll try to manage for a week and a half. Post a picture of my flooded yard and green pool

I wouldn't use their repair services. I filled out a support request and they contacted me to schedule an appointment. At the time I said I could send a picture so they could see what my problem was, a crack in a cover on my Jandy equipment that was squirting water when my pump was running. I was advised to take my pictures in to a store so they could see what the problem was and determine what part was needed. I went down to the store and they didn't know what to do. I called Leslie's service department to find out how I could email a picture. They refused to accept an email with a picture. I would have to pay for a service call to determine what the problem was and schedule a followup call to repair the problem. I stated that I didn't mind paying for a service call but would like to send a picture so that thy could see what the problem was before coming out. They stated "no" that they would not accept a picture and that I could cancel my appointment. I've wasted five days, my appointment isn't for another 6 days and they would have shown up and saw the same problem that is obvious in the picture, not have brought the part to fix the problem, more then likely had to order the part, scheduled another appointment and charged me for the service call.

Went in needing help and guidance with my family's above ground pool not having good circulation. Employees Jordan and arsh helped us find a new circulation system altogether because we found out ours that came with the pool was very undersized. Appreciate all the help again guys will be back again in the future!

The hubs and I stepped in the Leslie's Pool Supplies, In Vacaville, CA, on 3/19/22. He was looking for a particular product. We did not see it on the shelf, so he asked the associate. The young man working the shop was fantastic. I forget his name. I noticed his pleasant and helpful demeanor. Great attitude. As customers asked him the more technical pool questions( the stuff you would ask a pool tech), he advised that he was still learning and did not know the answer. He told them that he can call them after he asks the manager. He seemed to readily provide recommendations and was knowledgeable about inventory. He advised us that the product we were looking for was not sold in the store but is available online. Great customer service! The shop was clean. It was stocked with the essential pool cleaning supplies. Plus it had a bunch of pool toys and floats.

Leslie's in Vacaville is awesome! I've done business with them for the last 13 years and they have always taken care of me! I have purchased my pool pump and pool sweep from them and they have covered my repairs under warranty with no issues. I will never go anywhere else when it comes to my pool needs. Thank you Leslie's!

No help!! Was in last week looking to replace my skimmer basket and couldn't get the gal to help me! She just told me if it wasn't on the shelf, they were all out! Had to go to Demary Pools, to get professional help!!!
