“I had a 9:40 a.m. appointment at Quest today and was called back after waiting less than five minutes. Savannah assisted me first. I’m usually a difficult stick, although she was able to draw my blood on the first try when I visited in June. Today, however, my veins were not cooperating. After two attempts, she had Melissa assist me in another room.

I had quite a lot of vials that needed to be filled, so I was worried that the blood draw would be difficult. Melissa took her time, carefully assessed my veins, and was able to complete the entire draw successfully. I could immediately tell that she was very experienced. She was calm, patient, and confident, which made me feel much more at ease.

I left feeling extremely relieved and grateful that Melissa was able to get it done. She took excellent care of me, and took my mind off the blood draw especially during what could have been a stressful experience. Thank you, Melissa!”
