First time at the Metro store on Elmira road in Vacaville to set up a new phone. First class service, knowledgeable and polite people, definitely the best Metro store experience.

I went in here yesterday 11/27/23 @3:30pm, and there were 2 employees very rude, a fat girl, and a skinny girl. I walked in, and there was no acknowledgment. I said "Hi" and "no response I said "Hello" again. This time louder, she(skinny) glanced and said hi and ignored me again. I asked what deal you have, and she did not look at me at all and responded with "none." I was surprised and thought to myself, is this a joke like I needed a family plan, and this is the customer service I have to deal with if I decide to get service here. I'm good. I hope the district manager reads this and does something about it. The fat girl kept laughing like everything was a joke. The disrespect ?

Got a phone Saturday for my grandson and she charged me 45.00 for a charger I did not need told me there was no charger with this new phone plus put insurance on my bill with iut asking I wad taken advantage of this girl needs to be fired. Unreal

Its a small store located at the end of an outdoor strip mall, next door to the gas station. There is parking right out front. There were 2 staff on duty - one assisting customers and the other had her head buried in the computer. Even though she wasn't assisting anyone she ignored us. When she finally decided to acknowledge us she said our phones were a few years old and they don't carry the (micro) chargers anymore. We didn't feel welcomed but more of a burden. We ended up purchasing chargers from Amazon (a lot cheaper I'm sure).
