I don't really have any problem with my groceries but the delivery guy that came today useless. note says leave it on the bench by the front door and he stacks all the shit on the ground in front of the front door.

This review is specifically about an employee named Jordan (at curbside pickup). Jordan was kind, friendly and respectful. He was efficient. He asked where we wanted our eggs and carefully loaded our groceries. Jordan is such a hard worker! He definitely made our shopping experience a breeze! Thanks, Jordan!

Pre Covid 2020, my routine was to come here Mondays during my lunch hour and pick up groceries. This location had mostly everything I needed and wanted. Check out was a breeze with self checkout and there is ample parking so no issues there. Of course I with the routine, I would always park in the same spot/area. Flash forward to now, my routine has changed except I come here for two things. 1. Grocery pick up and 2. For a quick trip to pick up various items. I've never had any issue with grocery pick up. They are friendly, verify the name on the order and load the trunk of my car. Orders are completed as promised and I really like that the pick up area is in the side of the store- so no general store traffic. This is a neighborhood Walmart so it's not as big as the supers but this location typically has everything I need. Conveniently located off the freeway, there is a Starbucks, gas station and fast food across the street and some fast food spots in the same shopping center.

I'm torn between the market part and the pharmacy.. I would give my pharmacy 10 stars if I could. They are absolutely great.. friendly, considerate and they make you feel like they care.. LOVE THEM.. as for the market, I pay a yearly fee for delivery.. I was so grateful for this, Untill now, I've been getting bad milk, rotten fruit, green bread.. and I think we're paying more for ordering online, I've noticed the price difference when I go in.. and this $30. For a flat of eggs(60), UNBELIEVABLE!! And there differently priced from store to store I guess.. I checked n Vallejo and theirs is$20. For the same eggs.. I've been having mobility issues for the past year , plus chronic back pain. I just can't left things like I use to, and over 60 now.. so I thought this delivery was great.. I feel like their bagging up the stuff that's about to expire and give it to us.. Seniors are usually on a budget, so this is just hurtful.. I'm most likely not going to pay for another year.. and will have to shop somewhere else..

I've been to this store several times without a problem. Until today. I was waiting in line with a cashier helping a lady in front of me that had a problem with her payment. Unfortunately I had to move all of my items I just placed on the register back into my cart and move to self checkout. I had a cart full of things including a pack of juice boxes that I opened to keep my little one calm. I scanned everything as quick as I can to get myself and my little one out of there without incident, since we were already waiting in the first line for some time. I was almost done when SHARON,,, HER NAME SHOULD REALLY BE KAREN RACIALLY PROFILED ME. WALKED RIGHT UP TO ME AND SAID "YOU DIDN'T PAY FOR HALF OF THE STUFF YOU BAGGED." I PROCEEDED TO TELL HER. I'M NOT EVEN FINISHED AND YES I SCANNED EVERY SINGLE ITEM. As she grabbed my almost empty juice box and waved it all over the place getting juice all over me. I asked her what her name was and she said " I DON'T HAVE TO GIVE YOU MY NAME." I said... You can accuse me of stealing but not give me your name. I immediately asked to speak to a manager. She intervened and rang me up. Tried to be as empathetic as she could. An employee that worked there that seen the whole thing happen actually gave me this employees name that caused this unnecessary chaos. She must have seen everything. This short, stubby, old white lady with glasses with salt and pepper short hair that looks like she could be Santa clauses wife but is to grumpy and racist to be her, needs to get some holiday cheer in her life!

I give two stars because they have food.selections are limited.. employee turnover seems strong. The cashier today couldn't and insisted to not touch my 12 pack of Pepsi as too heavy.

I like this store. It's the right size and conveniently located. I find it is generally staffed well and stocked better than some other locations. Also seems clean and well kept. I shop here often for staples and some produce. Prices as expected from Walmart.

I was checked by the lady associate while checking out. I feel so intimidated by her because the register prompts that an item was not paid, she asked me what was in the bag, I told her, I just used the meat bag to secure the items I was carrying cause I didn't have a cart. She checked all the items I paid. It seems that she's still not contented and in doubt. Please be careful in treating your customers. I don't want to go down to her level but I should defend myself while being checked. It has been my favorite store but after the incident, I will not take my time driving from SouthTown, I would rather go to to LUCKYS.

Two stars. Not because they have bad stock or whatever. 99% of the time, they have what I'm looking for. The reason I am giving two stars is because I was being profiled or watched or whatever you want to call it. It has been extremely cold the last few nights. I have a clean shaved head, so I wore a beanie tonight (December 9th, 2021). I'm a tall man and not on the pale side. I also was wearing my work sweat jacket, boots and jeans, as I work in an industrial environment. As I was in the produce section, I noticed a male employee watching me closely as I looked at a few items. I made a mental note but kept it moving. I got everything I needed and by the time I was at the self check out line (the ones with conveyor belts), I noticed a heavier set older female employee standing off to the side, adjacent to the stand that is positioned right by the magazine rack in frobt of the conveyor belt. She looked she was trying to hide behind the rack, but I'm 6'3" and could see clear over it. I locked eyes with her in the middle of me checking out my items. I've shopped here many times before and this is the third time this has happened. What was the reason? It is uncomfortable to be watched like that. I honestly should have stolen something just to make their espionage mission worthwhile.

I This is my " go to" grocery store. The staff are very helpful and professional. If I see Lois on cash register, I will go to her. She is such a great asset to the store! If I see that Allison ( hope the spelling is correct) in the Deli, I will stop...she is super helpful and I appreciate that, as I know she had about 6 or 7 balls she is juggling! She is always friendly. Sean, I heard you are one of the managers? Please note this ans pass on the reviews as needed, to the appropriate supervisors. Thank you to your fabulous staff!

These creepy male employees were glaring at me while I was shopping (they weren't slick at all) and ordered an employee to look through my shopping bag after I was done paying. They found nothing wrong (because I'm obviously not a thief) but they ruined my shopping trip by stopping me and profiling me for no good reason. I'll update when I find out their names, I remember one was a bald guy. Also the reviews below are correct there ARE employees here that only greet white customers and ignore the other ones.

I do not know if the staff was misinformed or if they made a change but self-service is still an option for those of us who choose to have a cashier check us out... Even without an alcohol purchase. That said, more cashiers and and fewer self check stations please!
