Again as six times before (we're in our 80's)nothing but championship service from a Pearson's representative. Thank you Jesse de Luna. He help us replace all of our kitchen appliances with more top quality GE appliances. The service after sale is also fantastic!

We have bought several appliances through Pearson's. I love buying local and that Pearson's makes purchasing and delivery pretty seamless. Buyers should be aware that installation fees are $250. If you buy a 3 year warranty, and after 2 years your appliance dies (like ours did), they will replace the appliance, but you pay another $250 installation fee & the new appliance has a 1 year warranty. So essentially, it feels like we lost a year of warranty. This happened to us & Pearson's did take $50 off the install. We will be buying from Pearson's in the future, but we do wish there was 100% transparency on the warranty at the time of purchase.

We had a small hiccup when our floor model oven got scratched up due to poor packaging, but Pearson's delivered a brand new one the next day no extra charge and hauled off our old one. Wonderful customer service and would definitely be my first stop when looking at new appliances.

STILL NO MICROWAVE We thought we'd shop locally, so went to Pearson's Feb. 28, 2022 and purchased a new microwave/convection oven. Jesse told us it would be delivered "in about 6 weeks". Then it turned into "sometime in May". Then it turned into "sometime in July". We have received NO updates from Jesse, by the way. The information we have been given, however scanty, has been by whomever answers the phone when we call. Jesse is never there. Called this morning and was told he was going to be a little late and left my number for a call back from him. 4 hours later, no call. Lousy service. Have no idea if the appliance we paid for in full 5 months ago is any good, since we have yet to see it, but we are going to get our money back and shop elsewhere.

So the wife and I were in the market to purchase an oven, stove top AND dishwasher and decided to try the local businesses. We walked in and saw 4 employees behind the counter on their computers and an employee standing outside of the counter area. No hi, how are you, need help, etc. Wife and I walked the showroom floor discussing models, choosing finishes and not one employee approached us. I stood on the floor to view the counter and looked over there in a, "Hey I need help" look, but all they did was stare back???! I walked closer, 3 of them looked at me with eye to eye contact but said nothing!! Really?? What a joke! How do they expect to sell anything if they're on their computer or just standing there doing nothing, and there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS THERE BUT US! I guess we should've gotten the clue that there was nobody there but us. On our way out we specifically walked by the counter and still no acknowledgment...amazing!

After a really poor experience dealing with Home Depot and their unreliable ordering and delivery services, went across the street and purchased a much nicer dishwasher for the same money as imaginary dishwashers cost at my new unfavorite big box hardware store. Pearson's had it in stock, delivered it when they said they would and overall put customer service first. Their salesperson Jesse, knew his product and answered all of our questions, helped us get through the mist of distrust we had hanging over us from the place across the street and eased us into our purchase. I'm happy with the deal. Try them out.

Great experience shopping for a new refrigerator and Jesse helped us find one on the floor at a great price. We had an old refrigerator fail just a few days before Thanksgiving and Jesse and crew came through! Also they have great delivery team. Vince and Daniel installed the refrigerator in time before Thanksgiving. Give them a shot if you need a major appliance.

Walked in and walked right back out - not a single employee was wearing a mask. I know they are no longer required, but with cases rising again, even among the vaccinated, I don't feel comfortable standing a couple feet from a salesperson who isn't masked. This is a personal choice, but I wanted to put this out there for those who feel the same.

After a horrible experience at Lowe's, we decided to try Pearson's. The sales, service, and delivery are outstanding. We appreciate the time they took to listen to our needs, found what we were looking for, and delivered in a timely manner. The delivery crew was professional and efficient. A++ experience...we will definitely be back.

Originally, I wrote a negative review and gave 1 star. Although I feel that they should have been proactive by following up with me in the meantime regarding an oven rack missing from the oven we purchased that is apparently on back order since our purchase all the way back in April of this year (6 months ago), once I contacted them on Facebook, the amazing person who replied to me was very good at responding quickly and maintaining contact until Gus phoned me. I wanted to delete that original review but I am unable to, so I am "editing' it out and typing this one instead. Customer service is great, but if a part is missing or needs to be replaced, especially if it is on back order, they will sleep on it if you don't constantly maintain contact with them yourself. A courtesy "we haven't forgotten about you..", etc. would be nice in the future. Still, I would shop there again. Support local/small businesses!

So I've been on hold for a supervisor with GE for 1.5 hours.... Ridiculous!!!! The same repair guy will be her on Monday to fix the same problems for 2 years! My mom have lost 20 pounds and I'm 15 pounds lighter! This is insane.... We are sick!!!! So now they are trying to buy back.

Gus has provided amazing customer service since e first time we set foot in the store. He is extremely patient and so knowledgeable! He goes above and beyond to make sure you have the correct info for the items your purchasing. Gus even printed out specs for us to make sure we had space for the items we were ordering. We had to push back our delivery date and they were able to hold our items and get us rescheduled. They really care about their customers here and will help you make the best decision for the appliances you're looking to purchase! I highly recommend this location and we will only be purchasing our major appliances from this location! Thanks so much again for all of your help and patience Gus!
