I have been a customer of this family owned local store for almost a decade now. I am always welcomed with friendly smiles and excellent customer service.Today I stopped in to take care of a cell phone repair!! The guy is knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient at evaluating, recommending the best repair options, and then making the repair fast and also ensuring that it worked correctly before I left the store!!Not having a phone is a real drag!! This week has been one hurdle after another!!This was the best thing that’s happened to me all week!! Thank you for your great service!!

Poor workmanship. They replaced my cellphone screen protector and within a couple weeks bubbles appeared under the glass. They refused to make it right. Anybody can sell phone cases and I'm sure they are nice to their mothers. #saveyourselfthegrief

Made appointment and Took moms iPhone 11 to get battery replaced . Told one hour took almost 90 minutes. Then told issues with resetting battery life stuck @86% instead of showing 100%. Told to charge to 100% a few times, told issue maybe with update 16.5. iPhone battery was at 5% leaving store. Got home and started charging, checked at 9pm message had came up unable to complete charging do to over heating stopped charging.yet iPhone did not feel hot. Unplugged and went to bed woke up and iPhone was at 61% plugged back in and waiting to see what happens. Called and now Waiting on call back concerning shipment of new iPhone 11 batteries suppose to be in Friday afternoon. Will get this replacement battery replaced. Update Battery will not charge past 27% Went back to shop and got a full refund Took mom to get a new iPhone 13 All is back to normal for mom

Jperome, Jericho, and their staff are above awesome! Back in 2012, I bought a new phone and the camera did not work. The manufacturer wanted me to wipe everything, send it to them for two weeks, and my cost would be $500 plus shipping. Someone told me about the Accessory Shop. I went. They replaced the camera in approx 1hr and charged me 1/5th the cost. They have assisted me with car connections, all of my new phones, cases, and relatives cases, etc. Every time they return my phone to me after working on it, it's like I have a brand new phone! I just had tempered glass placed, and my screen is so very clear, it's bananas! I love these guys. The Accessory Shop is the place to get yo stuff fixed!

BEWARE PHONE ISSUES AFTER SCREEN REPAIR: I took my phone here a few months ago. The glue lifted a couple days later and my phone turned off and would not take charge or turn back on. I took it back to the store and they recharged it for me and said there was an issue with the charger port (which never was an issue with before) and they re-glued my phone.This happened again a week or so later. I took my phone back again and they ran a "diagnostic check" on my phone which i guess came back okay. My phone has since had issues staying on. It constantly turns off on its own despite being charged.Not long after the glue lifted again. I did not want to waste my time going back in for a 4th time so I ignored it. Now I again have a cracked screened because the screen was popped up higher than my case. I deeply regret coming here as I have had non stop phone issues since and may need to completely replace my phone. Only giving 2 stars because they were nice but I dont want anyone else to have to deal with these phone issues.

I had my iPhone 11 Pro Max with a broken lightning connector tip stuck in the charge port. The Accessory Stop was able to remove the broken lightning connector tip while other shops said they couldn't and would require replacement of the port (at 50% more cost). Thanks for the great service!

This is from a year ago. I didn't post bc I felt it was a one time mistake and was not intentional. I just heard a similar experience from the same time frame.I brought iPhone 10 in for screen replacement. I explained I would not give the passcode and I would be back to test it with the younger guy working. The phone has about 10x of password attemps before it locks out for good. I told him this. I offered to stay around if he thought this would be an issues.When I got the call, the phone said one more try until locked permanently. He called the female owner/manager who asked me to wait 35 minutes. She told it was protocol, the whole way it happened.Even if the guy wasn't trying to get into my phone, it would have avoided the situation to just wait to turn it on until I was there. Or say it up front. Plus it was overpriced, the lied and basically held phone hostage.An acquaintance had the same experience

I went in to get the battery replaced in my iPhone, and had a very good experience. They got it done while I waited (it took about 40 minutes) and only cost around $65.00. The techs were friendly and the store has lots of accessories if you're into that sort of thing.

Save time & $ by avoiding device repairs here ! Decided to spread biz to small biz & took iPad in March for port replacement. After excuses & delays got it back in April only to discover iPad was not recharging actually continued discharging even with a new charger & cord. The repair person ( part time ) was finally reached & returned it. He claimed nothing was wrong & recharged just fine at store & told me to bet a 25 watt adapter ( even though iPad 6 will not accept fast charge ! ). Nevertheless I brought it home deciding to give benefit of doubt. It completely discharged & would not re boot. Called store & asked for owner to call back. He never did even though clerk at store said he received my message. Thought seriously of taking him to Small Claims Court but just could not make the time. After deliberating whether to buy a new iPad to supplement my iPad Air decided to give iPhone Repair ( that replaced batteries & screens on my iPhones ) one last repair attempt before buying a new iPad. Replacement of port was done on Thursday when iPad technician comes in picked it up next day & my iPad 6 from 2018 is operating like new along side the iPad Air. Moral is 1 stick with what works 2 don't have serious repair work done on expensive devices in a shop that sells phone covers & accessories as main source of revenue.
