This afternoon I had one of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences I can remember, and I walked out without buying a thing because of it. From the moment my family and I entered, staff members stopped what they were doing to stare at us without so much as a greeting. The silence was deafening, the surveillance obvious, and the atmosphere hostile. Anyone who has ever shopped at Ralph Lauren knows this is far from the standard of service the brand is known for. What we experienced was not only unacceptable, it was baffling and frankly, insulting.

The employees will racially profile you, hover over you, talk about you to other employees, treat you like a thief, accuse you of being a resaler, then give you a 5 item shopping limit if you're Black.
Especially if you're Black and shopping for your child, with your child present to experience the traumatic treatment given by employees here. Resulting in your child wondering why they would do that.
If you are of color, don't shop here.

If Polo is your thing, this place has a wide selection of polos and I even seen some of my better polos were actually on clearance for like $56 too bad I didn’t need duplicates

The Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store in Vacaville Premium Outlets is pretty big. It carries many men's, women's, and kids' clothing at better prices than the original retail or department stores. If you sign up for the promotional email or text message, you can receive discount coupons in-store and by email. The employees are very friendly and helpful at this store. They are ready to help if you have any questions!

The store is beautiful and has a very upscale appearance and feel.
However, the extremely high price of apparel and accessories quality has gone very, very low.
All products are made in CHINA and are made of cheap materials. Scarves made to mimic cashmere made from acrylic and sweaters made of acrylic not cotton or wool. It's a shame! I'm not spending HUNDREDS on clothing made of low quality materials.
This is why designer stores are struggling. Heads up to them, your customers are not fools. The QUALITY makes the label! What does The new Ralph Lauren Label say?

They offer the same products every year, but now at higher prices. The brand’s style seems to rely solely on the small logo, without much else to differentiate it. You’re not paying for exceptional quality or service—just the little horse logo.
