Jullie did an excellent job on waxing, eyelash extension. My pedicure/manicure were also done perfectly. My ingrown toenails were taken care without painful. The technicians here treated their clients like their family members. They are so nice and professional. Love this place and definitely come back.

I've been coming to this salon for about 7-8 months after my hair stylists recommendation. We have an abundance of nail salons in Vacaville so when your appointment consistently gets bumped by walk-ins, you move to another salon. I have NEVER had to wait for my appointment here. Everyone is also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Last night, as I was backing out of the parking lot, Mary came running outside and stopped my car saying that I tipped her too much? Confused, I said that I meant to tip her that amount (I always do) and she then showed me that two $20 bills were stuck together?? And then handed me my $20 through the window This is why Pro Nails has been in business this long!! And they also give the most AMAZING pedicures!! I will NEVER go to another salon

I have been going to Pro Nails for 20 years and have mostly really good outcomes. I recommend it to my daughter to get her nails done there for Winter Ball. She showed the gentleman exactly what she wanted. 3 hours and $100 later she left in tears with nails nothing like she wanted. A terrible job and they weren't even finished. Called the owner to rectify. He was very rude and refused to make it right. Won't be going back.

I like the work, but it's pricy and not consistant. I tip accordingly. Update: DO NOT GO HERE. I was going to Hawaii and asked for my usual. When I got home I noticed that my nails had not been properly clipped or shaped; she didn't ask, so I thought she knew my preferences. When I went back to fix it, the older man simply said "You too late." and shrugged off my request. I would have paid for it if I had to, but the way he waved me off with an "I couldn't care less" attitude I just left.AND I'M NEVER GOING BACK.He was a real j*** to me. No interpersonal skills...I've never been treated like that before; especially as a paying customer whom tips well.STEER CLEAR ?Services: Foot massage
