My visit to Quest Diagnostics was a very good experience. I received the care I expected in record time with no hassles.

I made an appointment and my waiting time was so quick, about 3 minutes. The phlebotomist, Tabatha was excellent.

Quick PSA. Don't bother doing a walk-in. The staff inside are so overwhelmed dealing with appointments alone, you'd be lucky if they get to the standby list. I tried doing a walk-in - the wait seems like forever because priority is given to folks who make an appointment, and so I decided to return another day, this time with a scheduled appointment. Even though I didn't check in on time, my name was called barely 5 mins afterwards. The phleb who drew my blood lamented at how nasty people were to him because they couldn't get to the walk-ins and I think Quest Diagnostics should either stop walk-ins altogether or disable appointments. Having both can be so deceiving and give the public false hope that they can be seen without a scheduled appointment. Looking at you too, "Sutter Walk-in"!

Everyone is so friendly and great at what they do, and this is coming from one who has a phobia of needles. Great job!

The phlebotomist was exceptional. I believe her name was Tee.

The process to make the appointment was rather easy. Check in was simple. Barely had to wait to be called. The women who drew my blood was very kind and attentive. I am usually a little on edge about getting blood drawn and she made me feel at ease. Was very good at was she does and was done before I knew it. My only issue is the distance I had to travel to get to the location. There used to be one down the road from me but they closed it and this one is all the way across town. It takes multiple buses to get there since I can't drive.

I've been coming here so much during my pregnancy and I feel like I know everyone now. So far I have had a pleasant experience everyone seems to be pretty nice and good at drawing blood. There was only one lady that I wasn't too fond of but I didn't catch her name. Make sure if you are doing multiple labs to ask for a butterfly needle. I know they don't like to use it because it's more expensive (I used to be a phlebotomist) but I'm not gona be tortured by a 20 gauge needle while pregnant sorry.

Incredibly slow… over 30 min late for a SCHEDULED appointment. Very frustrating.

Been to Quest Diagnostics to several locations but this specific one in Vacaville was the worst experience I had. My mother has been going to Quest Diagnostic 1-4x a month due to her medication. First of all, My mother had an appt, upon signed in, your first 3 letters of your name would appear on the screen. We signed in 15min early, when our appt time came, her name was out from the screen but my mother did not get to be called 20minutes after, when we called in, she still had to wait inside because the phlebotomist that called her in took another person and drew his lab first. While waiting inside, there were 2 available chair, I stood thinking it was just quick, this phlebotomist saw me and told me that I am not allowed to sit on any of those chair. While waiting with my mother, I had a chance to observe 2 other phlebotomist and they were all nice and showed great service to other patients. Anyhow, unfortunately the phlebotomist that I had to deal with for my mother was the rudest and unapproachable individual, not only she did not introduced herself, her ID batched was facedown. I have several african american friends and relatives and I had never encounter such attitude! If you have been to this specific Quest on Jan.2nd 2024, she was the only one that was wearing a turban. You would ask her a question and she wound answer you back with her eyes rolling at you. I asked for a specific test and she told me to ask the doctor who ordered the test. For several years going to Quest Diagnostic, they would always ask who ordered the test because my mother has several doctors onfile. She did not asked so I made sure she is drawing a specific lab for her, she kept saying “I understand” with an attitude! I regret going to this location. I felt sorry for my mother to have to go thru this worst service. My mother even said for some reason she was hurting when she was drawing her 4 tubes of blood. Will never again go to this location, if I had to, I would ask for other phlebotomist.

Got blood drawn today at Vacaville, mason st lab. Blood drawn phlebotomist Payton appeared to be mad at someone or something or don't like coming in early? No lab jacket on. Just scrubs and winter coat jacket. No name tag. No smile. No introduction?? Please stay home when your face appeared mad. No patient deserved your attitude. Just remember you chose to work in a place where you will be dealing with patients. If you don't like people, choose a different job.
