Sensei Silvestre and Thayla are the dynamic duo that make Carlson Gracie Vacaville the best place to learn grappling in the area. Sensei has decades of experience and you get to learn both BJJ AND judo under the same roof from a proven MMA fighter. My whole family goes and the place has a very family vibe.
