I was hired on at Reebok as an ASM in February and was treated very poorly throughout my whole career there. Upon hiring I thought this was a place I can grow and build a stable life for my child and I. But I was let down, I was fired because of not showing up my shift on accident! My schedule was updated without me knowing so Last time I checked I was off, when I was actually scheduled. I never once have called out or not shown up to my shift. Instead of hearing me out they fired me. Knowing I’m a single mom living alone in an apartment with rent coming up. So if you ask me this company doesn’t value their employees.

My mom wanted to buy some socks from here so we went. When my mom and I were at the register waiting for the cashier to ring up the item, my dad was waiting on the side (not in line with us but next to the cashier on the other side of the railing). We told the cashier he was with us. The cashier ask my dad to back away from the railing, fine, totally understandable, but then she proceeded to add "I don't know if you're going to rob me or not". I was so taken aback by that I didn't know how to react at the time. That was VERY RUDE of her to say and to insinuate that my dad would try to rob her (the register). We were about to pay and my dad was just waiting nearby for us that was all. The railing is pretty tall and my dad's pretty short. There is no way that he could have reached over and be able to grab anything from the register. My dad is almost 80 and frail looking. It's not something he would have even try to attempt. Even if he did, the cashier (her and the other guy next to her) would have been able to take him down no problem. I don't care what kind of shit customers they've had to deal with in the past, but that was not an appropriate OR professional thing to say AT ALL.

Store is nice and all. I love reeboks. But the girl that works there always seems annoyed to help me out. So I stopped shopping there. The guy was very helpful when he was there.

Wow what a nice experience of shopping. I would start with excellent customer service by jenny. 60% off on everything and very good inventory plus she gave us some extra discount. I highly recommend this store.
