I was there today to buy a certain product and they were out of stock. Employee, Kacey, checked for me and it was available online. She helped me with the online steps until the order was complete. They're the nicest people. Always helpful. We go there everyday. It's so nice to have Sam's club so close.

For a warehouse club, this Sam's stocks merchandise which meet expectations. Staff has generally been pleasant and helpful (except for eyeglass place which assumed I could be manipulated because I am old.) Would recommend except to buy eyeglasses.
