When ordering my pizza pretzels I was not made aware at that moment that they were out of the marinara sauce. We should be made aware of this as we purchase and not once we realize it hasn't been included and ask for it.

For a warehouse club, this Sam's stocks merchandise which meet expectations. Staff has generally been pleasant and helpful (except for eyeglass place which assumed I could be manipulated because I am old.) Would recommend except to buy eyeglasses.

They keep adding self Check machine. Today was my worse experience since the day the open this place . I spend over $1,000 a month here to wait 20 minutes to cash out for only having one cashier !! Is ridiculous. I ask for manager for Help she said is all we have you can use self check out. I reply to her I can't use the self checkout because I have alcohol. Very unprofessional and rolling her eyes said is all we can do . Melissa is her name since she had no name tag I had to ask for her name . From the day they open I haven't ever experienced a Trashy unprofessional manager and no solution. . I w would like someone to contact me

I've been here so many times, I didn't realize I hadn't written a review yet! I usually visit this Sam's Club location early morning before work (gas) or after work for snacks, etc. I don't usually come across any big crowds each time I come here. I am able to shop for what I need, pay at the register (or scan and go on the app) and go on my way. This location usually has an employee at the door checking membership cards or on the app (which took some getting used to, a couple locations I used to frequent in Sacramento never did). This store stays pretty well stocked. The store is not far from me at all, which gets an extra star for convenience. Also there are so many gas pumps and at times long lines. But, even then I can pay for my gas and go without much wait or fuss. I will be returning soon for more gas(oline) and snacks!!

One of my favorite Sam's. The customer service desk is always so helpful and the prices are hard to beat. The scan and go is a life changer unless you are buying liquor. I shop here every time that I am out this way.

So annoying when walking out of Sam's club the 2 men trying to get people to sigh a political sheet about our president Joe Biden and our governor Newsom there yelling people trying to get them to get in a debate embarrassing some people I'm not going there any more until Sam's club asks them to do there debating else where . Can't go do peacefully shopping any more I hope corporate sees this matter of fact I'm going to write corporate a letter

Been trying to run my pet insurance for my dogs medication. None of the employees have done it for me. They say they don't take it. I call the pet insurance company and they say that I have to full the meds at Sam's club? Waste of time and they are not helpful at all

Shopping was fine as usual. My husband lost his smart watch a few days prior and our "find my watch" app said it's at the store. When he asked at customer service if anyone had turned it in he was told someone would have to look in the office. They radioed someone to check and they were told to hold on. After a while the girl said she couldn't get anyone to check... He was like....ok... We were on a time crunch at that point so he's going to call later but they didn't seem to want to help at all.

Bakery department... I called 2 days in advance and asked about the strawberry/cheese tray and I asked if I could pick it up on Sunday noon time. The lady over the phone told me she had to go ask someone to see if that was something they do. She got back on the phone and let me know they could accommodate and that it would be ready Sunday. I asked if it was made fresh and she told me yes they do it the morning of and I said okay. I called Saturday to confirm that they got my order and to make sure it would be ready by Sunday. The lady over the phone told me it was ready and asked if I could come pick it up. I said uh no and that I'm not in town. She said okay you can come pick it up at your designated day and time. At this point do they even make it the morning of? When I picked my tray up it didn't even look fresh. Nothing in my tray looked fresh. It didn't even fulfill the tray! It looked empty! How disappointing.

Thank you to Kali working hard out in the heat, he went out of his way to help customers load heavy items. When he asked me if I could use some help I was so glad and it was perfect timing as I was struggling with the cases of water. Your doing an awesome job I appreciated the help greatly.

We only have our membership here because of the manila envelopes for our business (and they stopped carrying the 6 x 9"), the fuel, and the excellent pharmacy staff. One treat that we recently discovered was the caramel brownie parfait for $1.58. Last time we ordered it there was only one small triangle of brownie on top instead of two in the middle and two on top so we questioned it tonight. They said it's the new way that they're doing it. But still charging the same price! I understand prices are going up but what you're offering should stay the same and match the picture that you advertise on the wall. What a disappointment... You ruined our date night!

this review is for the foodcourt. several times i have been here and the lights were off and closed down. i thought it was construction. no signs. i call them several times they dont answer the phone. come to find out. they are short handed and different days depending if they have coverage or not. they will just shut the foodcourt down. so you never know what their houra of operations arewtf kinda shyt is thati aint never heard that if you can manage your buisness you just close downtells you how they run their store. straight trash buddy.
