Why does Sam’s hire the dumbest people on earth? It’s easy to notice who the idiots are they have giant stretched ear lobes with giant holes. These are the kind of people who have just basically said “You know what, this is all I’ll ever be in life. I’ll never be anything else in life than a garbage tire service repair man.”

I was always team Costco and never looked Sam's way. But over a year ago, it was by chance of a discount membership through work that I became a Sam's member. After my year membership, I was absolutely happy to renew. Sam's offers a variety of everything! Candy, snacks, wines, drinks, dairy, meats...you name it! I love their easy app check out (minus alcohol because you need to be carded!). I can get lost here for hours with no complaints. My experience with the gas lines have been pleasant. I am appreciative that the lines go in one direction ( enter and exit). You can use your app to scan and pay. It's #thankyouThursday and I wanted to shout out Sam's club for the awesome prices, great service and selection! We will continue to be members for years to come.

I was there today to buy a certain product and they were out of stock. Employee, Kacey, checked for me and it was available online. She helped me with the online steps until the order was complete. She was very friendly and was patient with me. It's refreshing to see an employee that likes their job and give great customer service.

Worst experience ever broke my tpms and they said they replace my tires but they didnt they just rotate it and tryna keep my 900$ for the tires i didnt get . Guy that did it cant even look me in the eye but one other guy said they didnt even touch my car then offer me 50$ gift card !

They keep adding self Check machine. Today was my worse experience since the day the open this place . I spend over $1,000 a month here to wait 20 minutes to cash out for only having one cashier !! Is ridiculous. I ask for manager for Help she said is all we have you can use self check out. I reply to her I can't use the self checkout because I have alcohol. Very unprofessional and rolling her eyes said is all we can do . Melissa is her name since she had no name tag I had to ask for her name . From the day they open I haven't ever experienced a Trashy unprofessional manager and no solution. . I w would like someone to contact me

Took over two hours to get a nail removed and fixed, was told my car being fixed, yet was not even in the garage.Was not even told a time estimate, just “ It will be done when we can get to it.

I've been here so many times, I didn't realize I hadn't written a review yet! I usually visit this Sam's Club location early morning before work (gas) or after work for snacks, etc. I don't usually come across any big crowds each time I come here. I am able to shop for what I need, pay at the register (or scan and go on the app) and go on my way. This location usually has an employee at the door checking membership cards or on the app (which took some getting used to, a couple locations I used to frequent in Sacramento never did). This store stays pretty well stocked. The store is not far from me at all, which gets an extra star for convenience. Also there are so many gas pumps and at times long lines. But, even then I can pay for my gas and go without much wait or fuss. I will be returning soon for more gas(oline) and snacks!!

Brandon made my whole experience of getting tires way smoother than it would have been anywhere else. Workers like him who put as much effort to help the customer are a gem and rarity.Sam's club Tire center was overall was more welcoming with him there and is one of the main reasons why I would continue to go back there.Overall happy with my purchase.Thank you!

Honestly, I am quite biased, as I really live Sam's! The employees are great, Karla, Linda ( tires) and Camilla...all extremely helpful and go out of their way to help! But, tonight, I just needed to pick up a hot dog for my daughter. The lines were SO long! People must go to Sam's on a Sunday for dinner! I had plenty of time to check out the prices at the food court. You can get ax16 inch pizza for less than $9!! The hot fog I got for my daughter cost $1.38, and it came with a 24oz drink! I highly recommend Sam's Club!

One of my favorite Sam's. The customer service desk is always so helpful and the prices are hard to beat. The scan and go is a life changer unless you are buying liquor. I shop here every time that I am out this way.

Tried a few times to call but nobody answered the phone. When we went in there around 9:30 we were finally able to make an appointment for 12:00 which was annoying since having to return at a later time would've been avoided if they answered the phone so I could've made an appointment. Luckily we don't live far but for other club members that do live farther away I'm sure they would've been much more irritated. Once they got to work they were quick and beat their estimated time to complete the tire rotation and wheel balance.

So annoying when walking out of Sam's club the 2 men trying to get people to sigh a political sheet about our president Joe Biden and our governor Newsom there yelling people trying to get them to get in a debate embarrassing some people I'm not going there any more until Sam's club asks them to do there debating else where . Can't go do peacefully shopping any more I hope corporate sees this matter of fact I'm going to write corporate a letter
