I went in with every intent of buying a new piece of luggage. The manager was initially helpful and then scolded me in front of another customer, speaking to me like I was a child, that I was looking at the wrong size bags. it was bizarre and unnecessa so I walked out. I rather buy online or from another brand.

My husband and I went in looking for international sized carry-on luggage and the lady there was so helpful! Her name was Chay (Chai). She helped us figure out what would work for our next overseas trip!So many good options and lots of travel accessories like packing organizers too!
