Friendly people in the store, but I would not recommend their beds. I've had problems with the bed. And the first time that they came out they told me it was my internet problems. I've changed the internet. I've upgraded my internet, and it still had problems with it connecting, and they wouldn't do anything about it. I've called them again because one of the air mattres deflates all the time. I wasTold that they would contact me, and now my one year warranty is over, so now the parts would be my problem to pay for, but I was contacting them before that year was over,

Been on phone or online .now for 1.5 hours at least. App keeps closing, chat had me waiting 10 minutes after asking my name than never responding again. Still waiting as issue is unresolved. Very very irritated to just try to set up profile!!

Friendly folks, knowledgeable about comfortable beds. One star because they casually opened us a Store Credit Card without our consent, which dropped our credit score by 50 points. “0% interest payments” sounds great, until they tell you they’ve gone ahead and opened up a line of credit for you BEFORE showing you any sort of paperwork or terms. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s certainly not right.

We had a fabulous experience testing beds at Sleep Number. Anthony was so knowledgeable about the Sleep Number beds and was able to explain how the wrong pillow and mattress can negatively impact your body. Anthony was professional and kind and we purchased a bed before leaving the store.

It was a pleasant experience, no pressure and plenty of answers for the numerous questions we had ...we received a quote and returned a couple days later with more questions and concerns and all were addressed, we went ahead and made the high ticket purchase and felt good about it. Our Sales Representative Leroy was very professional and knowledgeable and we look forward to sleeping on our new Select Number Bed. !

Went to get a bed. Was not greeted and never was told someone would be right with you. Customer service is key for buying at any store. Will not go back to that location. Going to Sleep first they have great customer service the moment you walk thru the door.

This review is for stellar customer service. Came in last month since hubby and I are looking for a new bed. Anthony helped us and was awesome. He spent a good hour with us explaining everything about the bed, helping us figure out our sleep numbers and educating us on the benefits of the bed itself. We enjoyed our experience but are not ready to buy a 10k bed even with financing it's just not in our budget. Everything adds up quickly unfortunately but we truly appreciate the time spent. If we ever decide to buy a sleep number it would be at this store with Anthony thank you for your time and help!

My girlfriend and I were in the Vacaville, California store on Saturday October 1st. We were shopping around for a new bed. Long story shorts we agreed on the i8. We had it delivered a few weeks later. Unfortunately, we are not happy with it. We had no intentions on returning it however that is what it came down to because of the uncomfortableness. While I was going through the return process with customer service, they stated to me that the adjustable base was a final sale and was not returnable. I was confused by this. I went over my contract and I read the fine print and indeed that was the case. If I would have known from the beginning that the adjustable base was not returnable, I would not have risked purchasing a Sleep Number bed. The young lady that was helping us did not clearly state this. And that is what I am extremely upset about. I see that it is in the contract but it should be made clear to the customer that the adjustable base is a final sale. Adriana, did not clearly state this to us which in my opinion is very deceitful just to sell a bed and make a commission, hoping that the customer does not see that they cannot return the base which is between $3000 - $4000). This is very shady and extremely immoral. I work hard for my money and a $10,000 bed is not cheap. Especially when I can only get just over $5,000 of that back. To save up for a bed for a year, not be happy with it and go to return it and only get half your money back (when the sales lady stated everything is 100% returnable) is absolutely saddening. In my case that is half a year of savings that I will never see again, that much less food that I can put on my family's table. In my opinion and experience Sleep Number and their employees are a very deceitful company to not clearly state this. I should have read the fine print and I will take fault for that however; I will not take fault on trying to scam a customer. It was my fault for believing the salesperson and not reading the fine print on the contract. I hope in the future that your employees make it a point to make sure future customers know about this.
