BAD SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE! This salon is a total letdown! I went in for highlights with Kelly, and it was a disaster! Not only did I not get what I wanted, but when I tried to discuss it, Kelly accused me of being a liar and said I had colored my hair after highlighting and got all aggressive over text instead of taking responsibility for her terrible services. To make matters worse, the manager refused to see me and seemed to be avoiding responsibility, instead of addressing the issue. It's beyond frustrating - save yourself the headache and steer clear of this place!

I needed a hair dresser to color and cut my hair. I visited a few salons in the Vacaville?, after reading reviews on Google. I like Studio 13 and Denice was wonderful. She matched my color and dud a great job cutting and styling my hair. I would recommend her and this cute salon.

I came back to see Kiara Fernandez, for a partial highlight/touch up and hair cut. - she canceled my appointment last minute and gave me close to an hour notice... I canceled my shift to see her. I then agreed to come see her the next day at 6pm, she squeezed me in while she was working with another client (which I really appreciated) however during this process I could tell she was rushing me. - she let me leave her salon, with a big chunky yellow highlight on the top of my crown.. I went home and only noticed it then. I had stripe highlights - she agreed to fix it today... and she was again in a hurry and didn't fully accommodate me. she put a toner foil in my hair and sent me away with it...super unprofessional, she should've taken care of it, and blended out the rest of my hair, not just one piece. on top of that to send me away with it in my hair leaving me to deal with it on my own. - I called her, nicely explaining my experience and how I felt like I was inconvenienced and she got defensive super fast, and said that this was the end of our professional relationship as my hairstylist. My first experience with Kiara she charged me more for my second appointment even after confirming it was gonna be the same price as my first session. Overall this second experience was heartbreaking! Wasn't expecting this outcome at all. The touch ups look extremely unnatural.

I had to write a review about Emily and how amazing she is with color and hair cuts. I wanted a change but was not sure what exactly. Very happy with the time she took to cut my fine hair with more of a blunt cut. The color is very rich just stunning. My family goes to her too and they are all very happy. It is the subtle things that makes a great stylist she really is amazing.

Brandy who dies my hair is the best and friendliest hair dresser I have ever had and everyone at Studio 13 makes you feel very welcome. They seem like one big family.
