Not a local tmobile customer but i got way better service at this location than my local tmobile store (Woodland Ca) Conan had good customer service and assisted me right away. I will continue to come here and give this tmobile my service than my local tmobile. That extra 20 minute drive was well worth it, THANK YOU CONAN !!!

I was told over the phone that I could go here and get the crack and my daughters screen fixed. When I arrived, the man checked me in and asked me what I needed help with, I told him, then we had to wait for 30 to 45 minutes for help only to find out that they don’t have technicians, I feel like that’s something he should have told me when I checked in so I didn’t wait so long. Also, I’m just really disappointed in T-Mobile because the closest place to get your phone fixed is over an hour away.

Went in last week for an upgrade and was helped by Tatiana. Was in and put of the store in about 15 to 20 min. Store was pretty busy when I walked in today and she helped me again and was out in 15 min.

Your Mobile Associate, Vanity, waited on me for the second time recently. I just want to say what a delight she is! She not only patiently solved my phone problem, but was so pleasant that i quickly forgot about the long delay until i was able to be served (there are always a number of customers and each one can take quite a long time when it's their turn, so the wait is not unexpected... but i had worked all night and was really tired!) When it was my turn for service, Vanity even made extra effort to ensure I didn't have to wait an extra long time for confirmation thru T-mobile that my phone was working properly. I really appreciated her efficiency! As i said when i was leaving, i hope next time my phone needs attention, Vanity is the one who waits on me! I'm glad Vanity is on your team! She makes T-mobile look good! Please pass along my thanks to her!

I tried all day to Redeem the T-MOBILE Tuesday $5 movie ticket for 'PLANE' , and the app you have to download in order to Redeem it doesn't support the theater I and my husband frequent. So now we have to pay out of pocket to go see the movie. We're very dissatisfied we this T-Mobile Tuesday offer.

To whom it may Concern, Being t mobile member for 20 years .. I am ashamed a little mad and kinda sad. Randy you did a great job going into the office hiding in the A/c . For? 15 mins. They all knew what was going on. This a** ole is gonna have to wait so long he will go away . But looks like I didn't Robin robby... I'm 54 years old !! JR!!One of you other workers can be a better example . Just because he was there longer. Does not mean he is a good leader. I can see Randy working there for a little while LONGER. I'm going corporate. If they don't listen to me . You win. I'll cut you like a 3rd string player. I average 350 per month times that by 30 year's. That's all I said way to much. That's why no one did anything to to help me. At this point this game is compromised This new age of your fame to claim is just as real as the Fake News .Morals good character and what we based our country on freedoms and democracy are slipping away. Its just about lost. But I'll die for My America. It's what I did when I fought for your sorry little temper tantrum hissy fit. Served Not once but twice. To keep your a** alive. I feel sorry for you Randy but Not sorry enough. To crap can you like they did to Charlie who's charlie? You ask! He's a big eye TUna fish who lives under water. No he is not buried dead . He's just in between the Pacific, Atlantic and Antarctic oceans. Who knows the world is so small. Maybe you can join hin. You can boss around the plankton and move your way up to managing the star fish. But let's work on that. Your not ready for it yet. One day you will be very valuable. Believe in yourself and dream . Even a first day hire would know to communicate with your clientele. I felt like you were very discriminative towards me. If you can do that kind of crap and get away with it. I feel sorry for where your team members are heading. With you in the lead. that road is not a good one. None of your staff know me. I've been around long enough. To see that you are very intimidate that are intimidating and very much insecure. It's ok try sucking on a babies bottle. Works all the time baby boy. Randy someone needs to put you over there lap and spank you. You need to Pass Go and don't collect 200 and go to jail. Mr. Manager you have an incompitant profiler that hates . Island boys . To all my Samoan brothers if you know what's good for you. Don't go to this place. TMobile at the outlets. TalofaI can say in my professional opinion. It's highly probable that Randy is beyond the point of being helped. I say that before not one of all your other workers came to my aide. It's a Stinky smell that needs to be flushed down the toilet. This is only the start of new beginnings. that will end of t mobil .

I stop by to get an case and screen protector for my new iPhone that just had arrived by mail. When I asked them if I could get it they told me I had to wait, so, I asked if I could just pay for the case that I had already choose the guy said no because there were another customer who wanted to buy a phone and he would not have her wait for it. So, I told him I was in the rush and he said she wanted to buy a phone which was better than a case. There were 3 people and none of them could help me.

Our experience at T-Mobile Vacaville was great thanks to the great customer service given by David S. He went beyond the call of duty by providing us with an overview of all the options available for us to upgrade our phones to the latest model. Even more so, David wrote down everything that we needed to successfully complete our order and referred us to Lawrence L. since he was going to be out of the office when we were next able to return. Lawrence carried on the excellent customer service and helped us not only order the phones that we wanted, but also assisted us in choosing the right accessories.
