On December 22, 2023, I purchased a vehicle from Roseville Chevrolet. I was unhappy with the vehicle and decided to act within the purchase contract and trade the vehicle back for on that I would be happier with. As you would expect, The dealer and I were in disagreement regarding the limitations of the contract. Over the course two weeks I repeatedly advised the dealer to come get the vehicle and that i would not pursue financing. On 1/5/24, a financing bank contacted me asking for additional information to fund the loan. I advised them that I was not pursuing financing , which ended their attempt at funding the loan. On 1/11/24, Travis Credit Union contacted me, again asking for additional information to fund the loan. Again, I advised them that I was not pursing a loan on the vehicle and that the dealership was aware of it. The Travis CU representative then stated, "You know, you do have an obligation to the dealership". I advised her that I would not provide the information, I also stated that the contract betwen the dealership and myself was none of her concern, I then terminated the call. Two days later I received loan documents from Travis CU thanking me for choosing them to fund the loan and welcoming me as a new member. When I contacted Birchit Pachetti at the Indirect Funding department, she told me that Roseville Chevrolet had provided the needed information, the loan had been funded. After a day or two of settling my nerves some research by my attorney , it was discovered that I was not eligible to be a member of Travis CU for the following reasons, I do not a live, work, worship, or attend any school in Solano, yolo, Contra Costa, Merced, Napa, Alameda, Colusa, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Sonoma, or Stanislaus County. Nor am I a member of the military or civilian working at Travis Airforce Base, or immediate family of a current member. That information has led us to believe that a membership application was fraudulently completed by someone other than myself, or at minimum, false information was provided to Travis CU to enable them to fund the loan. When this was discovered I immediately contacted Birchit Pachetti via email asking to know who determined I was eligible to become a member and how they came to that conclusion? I have never received a response to that question nor has Travis CU attempted to contact me regarding my question. Within an hour of sending the above email, I was contacted by Angela Nickles from the finance department of Roseville Chevrolet. She stated that she had received an email concerning my loan from Travis CU. Soon into the conversation I asked Ms. Nickles how I had become a member of Travis CU? After a pause in the conversation she asked, "when would you like to bring the vehicle back?" She then asked that I do not discuss the matter with anyone else and to contact her directly regarding the return of the vehicle. A few days later the vehicle was returned and I was refunded my down payment minus a couple hundred dollars for a second key that I was never given to begin with. All of the above information is true and correct. I hope this helps anyone who may be dealing with either the dealership or Travis Credit Union. Good luck.

I deposited cash $667.25 to be exact but the money is not in my account when I called Travis the guy replied it takes three business days and when I call again they replied that the travis credit union where I deposited money is not answering, they will give me a call back, but they heaven, it's 8:55 PM at night, and Travis credit union has not get back to me about my money that they took and not deposited into my account fraud activity going on, I would not recommend this bank plus they don't have 24 hour service where we can call Went to Travis found out my money was deposited into another account that that's shows how good that bank is

Stay Away from this Travis Credit Union , they will bring your credit score down without telling you even if you have automatic payment set up. They will also waste your time with their disorganized institutio.

Incredibly frustrated with Travis Credit Union. My debit card became compromised and $250 was taken from my account. I called yesterday and they said it needed to post first- call back today and they open the dispute but then tell me the funds will NOT be returned to my account for 10 TEN business days! Apparently, Travis CU does NOT issue provisional credits, they rather burden their members. More and more this bank is becoming frustration- as a member we're JUST now getting a half way decent mobile app, our debit cards are crap. No tap to pay and often the chip doesn't even work- and what's worse, when your card is stolen or compromised- it's TEN business days without a debit card, or you can drive to a branch, but I was advised yesterday from customer service that they're short on supply so they may not be able to do anything. My parents have been members over 20 years, our entire family has accounts there but they want not be on my side when someone steals my money- how frustrating!

I truly DREAD working with this company EVERY MONTH. I used their services for a car loan in December of last year. They do not have a way to make a payment online or to set up recurring payments. One of the few times I was actually able to get a representative on the phone, I asked her to send me the ACH form for recurring payments. I filled this out promptly and returned it back. Almost a YEAR later and it still has not been processed. I have to use a phone number to pay my car payment every month and then they charge me a $10 FEE TO USE THIS SERVICE. When I do need to speak with a representative, I am HUNG UP on FREQUENTLY. I have NEVER experienced such frustration with a company before. RUN. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have so many bad things to say about Travis credit union we would be here all day. So ill just recap: I have an auto loan through them and they make it SO fricken hard to make a goddamn payment. They dont allow you to pay online and when you call in to use the automated system, it charges you $10. TO USE AN AUTOMATED FRICKEN SYSTEM. Additionally when they provided the auto loan, they decided to open a checking account in my name, WITHOUT my permission. And now they are charging that account with service fees. Sounds quite illegal to me. I will NEVER use TCU or recommend them to anyone. They should be closed down forever.

I am a member of another credit union. Last night I used the middle drive-thru ATM at Travis CU. The ATM wasn’t working properly and took my debit card. I called their customer service number, and the rep told me there was nothing he could do to help me. He didn’t know where I should go to retrieve my card. I had to go to Target and buy something to get cash back. Now I have to take time off work today to drive to Vacaville to try and locate my card. If I could rate zero, for this experience, I would.

Marc Ramires (Richmond Location) provides unmatched customer service. Marc is calm, patient and caring. Marc is ALWAYS willing to answer my questions, He laminates any important cards such as my access card and recently he walk me through connecting my debit card to my IPhone wallet. Please promote ahead of peers.

I was really happy with them until I had a reimbursement that never cleared on their end... I've had an organization that has given me a receipt and compensation on their end but travis has never recognized or worked with their bank to reimburse me... when I told them I have a receipt, they told me it's not enough. I've been with travis for nearly 30 years and now the last 5 years they are trying to screw me over... beware of who you bank with!

If I could give them zero stars I would. My car loan is through them and even though I NEVER authorized autopay they automatically took out a car payment after I sent them my monthly check they basically took the money out AND cashed the check causing me to go overdraft from my real bank. Thanks a lot. I would trust a homeless crackhead with my money over Travis Credit Union
