Great staff and clean location, Highly recommend to store at, saved us time with moving boxes available and long hours of access to finish moving in.

My heart is pounding..I just had Laurie-the manager run out of office.screaming at me.i am a srnior-disabled..with asthma+heart issues..whatever is bugging her..that is not the professional way to talk to disabled customers..not the 1st time she has yelled at me.why would I b yelled at like a bad child/or drunk teenager... especially since they know I disabled..this has been brought up before . She is blaming me..for whatever..her card days"I can help you".really...I've been here a couple of months..I was told to park in a certain place..other people park where they want....I'm not having same experience as others......her-being a grown adult should b kind& talk nicely to disabled Senior customers..not go-off on them ...this is just wrong ..3rd time she's done this..yelled at me in office too !!I shouldn't have to sit here like now waiting for my heart to stop pounding

My partner and I were traveling to pick up a new travel trailer and needed help getting our hitch adjusted. Anthony was incredibly gracious and generous with his time and expertise, even though we were not there to purchase a U-Haul product. He had us back on the road in no time! We were very impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility as well. If I lived in the area I would absolutely return to this business for any moving or storage needs.

The manager helped us every time we were here. She was fantastic and very helpful. The storage areas were the average storage garages. Multiple sizes to choose from. This place is indoor, temperature controlled, secure with cameras, and gated. I also found the place to be very clean. They seem to be full often and glad we planned accordingly. Would definitely use again for any storage needs and we highly recommend them.

Over too many years and too many poor experiences we have given up renting from this facility. Absent managers, inexperienced and uncaring staff. Changes made to our reservations without our consent or even a courtesy notice. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. Our vacation is once again marred by Vacaville U-Haul and their terrible customer service.

I rented a truck that I needed, with the agreement that it had to be back in 6 hours, for another customer who reserved it later in the day. I paid the full price that would usually be charged for 24hrs, out of desperation at the moment. I agreed because I needed it.I returned it within 3 hours, when I was done with my first trip, hoping maybe they could accommodate me with a smaller truck for the remainder of the 24hr period, since I was paying full price, and they had plenty small trucks. A small truck was also originally offered to me for a full 24hr period.I didn't make any demands and was not rude to anyone. Was just hoping maybe they'd help me out as a customer, given the circumstances. Rather than having an open discussion with me about it, I was basically immediately lectured and told that I agreed to the short rental, that they weren't changing the contract, and that they didn't have to offer me anything outside of the contract CONVERSATION OVER.I told them I knew they didn't HAVE TO DO anything. I made a simple request and didn't understand why I was met with such resistance. The woman helping me was the ALL BUSINESS with a no customer service type personality, which is unnecessary. The business was empty and no one in line, as it was when I originally picked up the truck.It's a shame that no real customer service and friendliness is the norm these days. And I don't believe the customer is always right, but I do believe businesses should try, when they can.This is a newer storage business, clean inside and out, and nice facility.. Better customer service would've gotten repeat business from me, and referrals to friends for future business with them. I guess playing the hard role was worth to the person at the counter. Why help me with an available truck when you already have my money for a 3hr rental I guess, huh. Thanks Uhaul of Vaca Valley
