My experience here has always usually been good. But yesterday was the worst service ever recieved. The older man that works there was extremely rude to me and my dad after we tried explaining to him the issue we were having. He immediately got super annoyed and started raising his voice at us. Super disappointed and disgusted with his ugly behavior.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Absolutely horrible rude customer service. They couldn’t scan my label even though it was clear and brought to a different UPS store. They had no issue. They were trying to charge me to print another label.

This operation is great. High energy and wildly efficient. Hard working people doing a great job. THAT SAID... the store has been paralyzed all week because of a modem going down. A MODEM. If you have a piece of critical equipment that will shut down your business if it fails - then you should have TWO on hand for circumstances just like this. Just my 2 cents.

Rude employee. The owner and most of his staff are polite and very accommodating, but he does have one employee that is extremely rude and snaps at customers. She escalates situations and is rather hostile towards customers. I and two other customers walked out because nobody wanted to deal with her. Bad hire, and too bad because this place used to be my favorite location.

Every time I’ve gone into this store the have gone over and beyond to help me out with what ever I need. I have also noticed that they try to help everyone that goes in to that store. I have gone in there several times before and will keep going back cause of the help and also how nice they are at that store.

I went this location on 6/28. It was very busy, but the gentleman working behind the counter was juggling all of the customers with ease. Checking people as they came in and directing them to the correct station, all while handling each customer himself. I was quite impressed with the level of efficiency.

This place can be amazing at times and frustrating as heck other times. Was told I needed two codes in order to return two boxes when Amazon sent me one code for the two boxes. They made me call Amazon just for Amazon to tell me and them that they don't know what they are doing and to just use the same code twice. Made me laugh!

The customer service here is good and the wait is never too long for services. They are extremely helpful when needed assistance on printing and shipping back packages.

The staff here is nice enough, but lately, someone has started wearing too much perfume. For anyone with breathing issues, be careful as it is extremely triggering.
