Used to come here for every oil change and other maintenance till James lied to me about my AC! He said it needed a recharge and then when I took it he said something about my compressor and evaporator having a leak. James quoted me how much it would cost to fix it (around $4700) ?I get it that is indeed how much it costs but my car did not need any of this because I took it to two different shops and of course James was lying. The repair cost a couple hundred dollars.But to put the cherry on top after I walked out with the $4700 quote two days later a salesman (I believe his name was Josh) called me and left a voicemail asking for a call back. I called back and he wanted to talk to me about buying a new 2023 Honda civic! I mean was this Honda trying to get a sale out of me somehow? Whether it was the repair or a brand new car? I don’t know what a coincidence these two events happened at the same time.Huge disappointment and have not been back ever since!

I bought my first car here when I was 18 I’m now 22 I come here for everything oil changes, maintenance issues, everything. James is always helpful I recommend him he’s always helpful and kind. 10/10

I lost the key to my rims. Eric from parts ordered a new key for my rims 7/10/23. 30 days later, no key. Another 30 days later, no key. I called today, 9/7/2023 and parts asked if I could bring my car in to determine the correct key size before ordering. I was transferred to Eric, he picked up but then transferred me to voice mail. WOW!The service dept is on the ball. The sales department is also on point. But this one experience with parts is disappointing.

I would like to start off this review by mentioning that I am not a friend or family member of anyone associated with this dealership. I have a deep disdain for car dealerships as I've had nothing but negative experiences and I've always felt my business just didn't really matter to them.Now, I'd like to share my experience with this particular dealership. My first positive experience with Vacaville Honda began when my engine began to overheat the day before but could not get any other shop or dealer to take my car for over a week. Vacaville Honda was booked solid also but they agreed to take my car for me and squeeze me in when they could. This was really great of them; my car engine was running dangerously hot and I needed a service immediately.It turned out that my head gasket had blown, the spark plugs were fried, the timing belt was destroyed and I had water and coolant leaking. I felt this was odd considering the vehicle had just been serviced two weeks prior.But this dealership truly turned out to be spectacular. Everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and they were very prompt with their follow ups. They not only made sure my vehicle was serviced perfectly and professionally, they also took the time to wash the car and they even replaced the gas they used to test it.I would specifically like to recognize service manager Jennifer and service advisor Dominic (forgive me if spelled incorrectly). These two are truly exemplary representatives of Vacaville Honda and of the Honda brand itself. I hope that the general manager/upper management of this dealership recognizes what an outstanding job these two are doing here.Furthermore, EVERY SINGLE member of the team from the service advisers to the cashiers were all incredibly friendly and helpful. My car is super important to me and my family as we commute long distance for work. We only have two cars between the two of us and I shared a car with my wife during the time the car was with the dealer.It's incredibly rare to find not only a dealership, but a business that actually cares about its customers and wants to give them the best service and take care of a very important piece of their lives. Vacaville Honda goes above and beyond in every aspect. If you own a Honda, don't go to any other dealership. I would drive well out of my way to go to Vacaville Honda versus any other dealer.Thank you Vacaville Honda for the outstanding service, professionalism and courteousness. Your work will not be forgotten as this might be the best experience I've had at ANY business. If you need to visit a dealer, you need to bring your Honda here.Thank you so much once again and I hope you all get a massive raise and bonus for all you do for your customers.

Worst business ethics lured us in stating they don't charge mark ups on their vehicles. Got to the dealership and sales person Derrick stated all cars have mark ups.

stay away from servicing your car at this location! i have serviced my car here 3-4 times and every single time my car gets damaged. first they scratched my quarter panel, and this last visit for an oil change an tire rotation they scratched one of my rims up sooo bad. stay away from this place. they will damage your vehicle.

Scheduled vehicle a week ahead of time. I showed up for the appointment after getting confirmation and they notify me they didn’t have the brake pads. I specifically requested for that service and they didn’t bother checking it’s stock before sending me the confirmation.

Everything went perfect on a purchase day and I suppose to get my registration card by mail later. I did not receive it for months until I called. Sorry sir, I will check and I'll call you right away he said. I called back once again and he gave me some attitude. Finally he called with no excuse we have your registration card. Can you come and pick it up?Unprofessional

1 month ago my father took his Honda Accord because the lights on the dashboard came on, they have changed the delivery date twice, they give me p,88 excuse after excuse, they are very unprofessional, my father has been without his vehicle for 1 month and he is a man elderly!! Im done with honda

Initially, it seemed like a reasonable, if not great, transaction. Now, I get a call from a very rude finance representative contradicting what we were told at time of purchase. Shady dealings and such a disappointing experience.

Stopped in this week to get an oil change on my 2022 CRV without an appointment. I met Marie King who was pleasant and courteous; She stated the wait could be upwards of three hours. As I walked around the dealership, it looked cleaned and offered TV, magazines, coffee and a vending machine. Inventory was "kinda" light; however most employees that walked by seemed nice and said hello. By the time I was on my second cup of coffee, (an hour or so) Marie told me my vehicle was ready! Thanks for your kindness and for such quick service. The two young ladies working the cashier/parts area were nice too! I'll definitely be back.

My son's 2015 Honda Civic's transmission suddenly went out. It was towed to Vacaville Honda and received by James.The car had an extended warranty that I was apprehensive about. I was concerned that it would not cover the transmission because the company had so many bad reviews about not covering parts for minor details.James was so patient and kind, reassured me the best he could that the transmission will most likely be covered.It took days for the warranty company to investigate the claim. James kept me in the loop, updating me all along.I believe he actually worked with the warranty company to get me a remanufactured transmission instead of the used one the warranty company wanted them to use.This young man is probably the nicest auto service rep I've ever encountered.James is the best!!!!
