I can never get the prescriptions on time ever. Making it impossible to stay on them because once I order I have to wait daaaaays because you can't order early. The line is always so long. It's taken me about 45 min to just wait before and it sucks. No express pick up or pull up and park options.

Long lines every time I go. They put you on never ending hold hoping you'll hang up so they don't have to deal with you. Constantly understaffed by design to save money, at the expense of customer service
