I love this Walgreens. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I can run in, grab my items and check out in a flash. The location is neat and tidy. I highly recommend.

I should never have my prescriptions sent to this pharmacy. 1st they call you that px is ready for pick up, and when you pick it up they dont have it in stock! they have to re-order it. Happened 2x! Next is I was given a near expired medication. I called to ask for a med that has longer expiry date, they refused and stated the med is still good! Yes, I get it! it's still good until the expiry date but I would prefer as a customer to be given something that has longer expiry date that way I won't have to re-order and pick it up again soon as I am a very busy mom. When I called to ask her if they have the same med with longer expiry, the lady said yes they have until April 2025! Very unhappy with their service I am switching to different pharmacy for my whole family's px meds! If i could leave "0" star I would!

Pharmacy is TRASH. I have been on hold for TWENTY MINUTES and they hung up on me. The other day when my script was due for refill, I was hung up on not once but twice after long wait times. And they don’t have my medication for days after it’s due. I ran out. Thanks. Great customer service, guys!

Price gouging for Covid tests . Charging $25 for same brand and number of tests at Walmart , Amazon, cvs, etc . I will never shop there again. If I could give zero stars I would

Usually everyone here is really friendly and this isn't a review for the store itself its for the lady who works in cosmetics. She was so rude asked her for help she said she would be right with us then then continued to ignore us. We went to ask again and she walked away so rude not sure what her problem was but hopefully management talk to her about her attitude.

The service is the best it can be with the plexiglass in front so you can't hear anything as well as quite a few people wearing masks. Makes it very difficult to hear anything they say. Walgreens needs to hire more people!

The photo center at this Walgreens has been TERRIBLE for years! They are rude and incompetent when it comes to handling any issue. To be honest, I avoid this place as much as possible. I ordered an 8x10 through the WALGREENS WEBSITE for SAME-DAY PICKUP. I received a confirmation email with an order number. Over 24 hours later, I have not received the "your order is ready for pickup" email. Over 36 hours after submitting my order, I go into the store to see if it's there (sometimes the print is ready but the email hasn't been sent). The employee cannot find the print, he also cannot find the order. "Sometimes this happens," he says. He assists me in resubmitting the picture using the kiosk in store. He was kind enough. My issue is with his "manager," Jose, who thought it was best to blame me for not properly submitting the order online. How was the order not properly submitted when I received a confirmation with an order number?! It's so frustrating that their systems cannot look up an order with an order number. What's the point of the order number? Btw, I've been ordering from Walgreens Photo online for decades, so I'm pretty familiar with how to place an order. I used a Walgreens code for a free 8x10, which was successfully accepted by the Walgreens website online. In the store, Jose tried to charge me again for the same print, which they were only reprinting due to the technical (or user) glitch on their end resulting in me never having received the first print. Apparently, he's so scared of upsetting his boss at the photo center that he didn't want to use his managerial discretion to offer a solution, but chose to blame the customer instead. Great job at showing the much kinder, non-manager employee next to you how NOT to treat a customer.

I went in to get started on my Medicare prescriptions. Waited in line to be told I had to call Kaiser to have them transferred. Kaiser lady said No, they have to contact us. Back to Walgreens to wait in line even longer to make the same clerk understand that I couldn't do it. Asked to speak to a pharmacist and even he didn't seem to understand. Finding a different place now.

If I could give a NEGATIVE 10 review I would. Worthless, incompetent and there is NOTHING GOOD I CAN SAY ABOUT this pharmacy-I am lodging a complaint to the Pharmacy Board snd tj the CEO of Walgreens. They aren't all as bad as this one. Napa is great. I'm moving and will then NEVER look back and will not ever use Walgreens again. Just this one prescription my doctor and I have spent a lot of time explaining that it was a prescription I was already taking but was increasing-They said they finally understood only to just find out that they are STILL charging. To top it off I finally got to the pharmacy only to have them finally pick the phone up and hang up. I called again and finally gave up. If you don't mind the long drive Napa Walgreens is great. If not my advice is find another pharmacy other than Walgreens

This is by far the most organized and cleanest walgreens I’ve been to. The staff never forgets to assist and greet people coming in. Shout out to Daniel who helped me today, he was very kind, enthusiastic and patient. Definitely coming back here to shop again except for fragrances though, I don’t think they’re authentic.

We got a call and message that our 3 prescriptions were ready for pickup. After waiting 20+ minutes in line the tech told me that they were not ready and I would have to wait. After an hour my prescriptions were still not ready. I returned home, a hour and a half later we received a message that our prescriptions were finally ready. When I showed up at the store the pharmacy was closed. They definitely need help and better time management in their pharmacy. They waisted several hours of my day and now my wife is without critical post op medicine. I am very disappointed.
