I would like to take this special opportunity to recognize Lorea for her consistent "Outstanding" customer service. She is a Bank Teller, Wells Fargo Branch, in Safeway, near Target, in Vacaville, CA. Lorea is the epitome of a team player, striving every day while providing the best customer service to every interactions to meet the needs of her customers. Today I used the Wells Fargo ATM in the Raleys grocery store on Alamo Drive. As soon as I put my card in the ATM, it went to TEMPORARY OUT OF ORDER but did not give me my card back. I was told by the small bank branch in Raleys they could not help me but gave me a 1-800 number to call. The representative on the phone told me I had to call my own bank and get a new card sent, not so easy for me to do this on a Saturday night and with my bank being in Hawaii and it being the 4th of July weekend. I was told no one services the ATM so I guess it makes it's own money and feeds on cards to keep manufacturing it. I asked if there was an on call person that could come in and was told no. I do believe someone would be right in to fix or fill the ATM if it was down but since it is a Saturday they didnt want to pay the extra money for this. I asked for a supervisor, the supervisor told me all cards that are not immediately returned by the ATM are automatically destroyed by the ATM at that moment, not held in a compartment in the ATM, but immediately destroyed. Sounds like a poor system when the branch is open and a bank manager cant go into the back of the ATM to retrieve someone's ATM card. What if it runs out of paper for receipts, no one from the bank or any other Wells Fargo bank representive can get in there? I believe they have a certified individual that would be called if no one was in the bank at the time of a malfunction, again because it is the 4th of July weekend no one will make this call to even see if they could of assisted me. If it did immediately destroy my card then maybe the ATM can be reprogrammed to give the ATM card back prior to it going down. Something I find odd is you cant send an email to send a complaint unless you are a member, from what I found on the internet it shows non members have to mail there complaint or praise for the bank or call it in.

Claudia is very rude, I was appalled by her lack of customer service. She refused to help me and when brought to the managers attention she didn't seem surprised by the lack of service but honestly did very little to fix the issue.

Courtney Burgos in customer service was very nice. She was able to explain an issue I was having. The branch is located in a Safeway, which is convenient. It was well staffed.

I had an unusual request and was not having any luck on the phone with the Wells Fargo Mortgage department, so i went to a local branch. I was helped by Sarah Bechtel,, along with Samantha Ramirez. I have to say that they were SO helpful and professional! Now, it did take more than an hour to grant my request, but they were patient and focused. I will send a shout out to Derrick L. Smith (Home Mortgage Consultant, 707 761 2559), the Service Manager, George and Personal Banker, Courtney. Thank you all so much for helping me with my emergency.

I havent been here in 3+ years due to the lack of customer service i received the last time i was here , not being able to break a 100 dollar bill for some change was absolutely ridiculous. Told them it was for business and wanted my business account info, why do you need that when i already bank with you for my personal account? Refusal of getting change i was pissed This time around was even worse, you're able to let me deposit my checks but not transfer money to a families account?? Being absolutely rude going about it and wouldn't let me knowing i been with this bank for over 15+ but will reconsider changing banks now due to lack of intelligence these employees have at this location Never going to this one and never will Learn to treat your customers that banked with you this long and give them what they need or lose customers all day long

Long line and only 2 tellers!! Really? It's the holiday season! It would be nice if s manager or supervisor came out to help! No reason to have 8+ people in line behind me with only 2 open tellers and 4 other Wells Fargo employees standing behind the counter, looking lost!! Although I've been banking with Wells Fargo for about 10 years now, I'm not a big fan of the Financial Institution. Been doing dome serious thinking of switching back to my Credit Union!

This bank is the best one in town. It's convenient because it's right next to target and inside Safeway. The employees who work there are super nice, friendly and helpful and I've never left dissatisfied.
