I have been to this bank 7 times for a Trust that I am the Trustee to and beneficiary of 2 accounts that are named in the trust . Every time I go in the same Banker tells me I need something like a court order or EIN . All they are doing is extending time so they can use the interest on my account . My trust was made by a really good Law Firm in Fairfield . Wells Fargo Bank has giving me the run around every time . So I have to go back to my Lawyer to make them release my funds . So if that is what it takes that is what I will do . PISSED OFF TRUSTEE ! Rob R.

2 employees working 14 customers waiting, unreal. It took me 30 minutes just to get to the window, real bad management.

I meant to update this review a while ago. But I made an appt to have my son bank account opened and it went really well! Now I see if you make an appt then things will go much smoother (still didn't appreciate how I was treated the first time) but they definitely made up for it! I came back the following week to open up my youngest son a bank account as well.

They have a line going out the door and only 2 bankers are working and they are not the quickest. Not sure what's up with this bank but they need more employees

I tried to open a new account horrible experience. I feel uncomfortable with the new account. Ended up closing it.This branch has horrible customer service. The one star is for the manger that saved the day.

Saw some bad reviews but my experience is the polar opposite. They always accommodate me and my multi-transaction headaches. There was a bit of a wait for awhile during COVID as the other branches were closed but it's pretty quick these days. Very pleasant gentleman at the door doing security. Everyone who left a bad review should give it another shot and reevaluate, I love this branch.

New senior banker provided excellent, personable service. We are long time Wells customers. It's nice to see really great service again at our local branch.

If you have an hour or more to stand in line this place is fine. If you have less than an hour to stand in line, avoid. I go around the time they open or shortly after. And when there are long long lines. Tellers go on BREAK? Didn't you just open? Who needs a break 45 min after opening???? Tellers are friendly, but waiting over 30 min to see a teller is ridiculous.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I came in on A Monday afternoon to withdraw some money and have a document notarized. I had to schedule an appointment for Tuesday at 1:50pm with Mary to have the notary done. That's understandable and I was fine with that. She even set the appointment for the first person after her lunch. Well I arrived before my appointment and as expected she was at lunch. It's now 1:48pm her 2:00pm appointment is now here and she is not. An individual did say he was going to call her which he did as I heard him tell her her appointment was waiting. He's now hiding at his desk, has been off the phone for a while but hasn't come to advise me why she is late or when we might expect her to roll in.Update- evidently she's late because of the weather. It's 1:55 she is still not here. Common curtesy I'd your going to be late you advise your clients. I should have been called when she knew she wasn't going to make our schedule appointment. Sorry my time is valuable too and this is very unprofessional.

I never use this location even though it's closer to my house than the Raley's branch location, but today I didn't feel like driving the extra couples miles. That was my first mistake. I moved quickly through the line, the tellers all seemed friendly and efficient. Of course, except, for mine.I'm a server in a restaurant & I always get tipped in a lot of singles and fives. I go to tellers for the exact reason that they can run the cash through the machine for me & so I don't have to stand at an ATM for 25 minutes only loading $30 a time. Isn't part of a tellers job to help you count the money? There's literally a machine that does it for you sitting right next to them. She didn't even have to get up from her chair. The teller I had today wasn't happy with the fact that I handed her a big stack of cash, a lot of which was singles. She asked me if I knew the amount, & I said honestly, no. She then quickly got an attitude and said you don't even have an estimate? Again, I said sorry, but no, I just came right from work. Then she replies all snotty that she'll run it through the machine for me just this time but next time they need an estimate. Uh, excuse me? You'll do it for me this time? How incredibly rude. The staff at the WF in Raley's literally always runs it through the machine for me with no problem and no condescending attitude. And even when you do give them an estimate, they run it through the machine anyway to ensure the total is correct. And I counted - it took her exactly 13 seconds to run my money though the machine three times. So it's not like I was being a giant inconvenience to her time to have to run money through a machine. And my deposit was less than $400. I'll drive the extra miles next time to avoid the rudeness you allow from your staff at this location.

I just want to publicly say thank you so much to Laura who helped me with my wire transfer for my escrow / title. She spent over an hour helping me push it through as there was an irregular fraud hold on the wire order, but time was of the essence. So Laura, thank you so much for assisting me with that. Thank you for going through all of the steps -call after call- to solve this issue that was out of my hands. Excellent customer service, people skills, and work experience.

The staff here is AMAZING.. this is literally my favorite branch. From Samantha and Ashley and Asia and Marco and many others who make this branch so special. They work hard to make sure that they do everything in their power to assist me knowing that I'm a small business and during these turbulent times in the pandemic. The security guard who waves to me every single day with a huge smile on his face. He has no idea what I may be facing when I walk through those doors. But no matter what it's OK because I know They all care about me and my business. I am a Wells Fargo customer for life. I'm grateful and blessed to have such a wonderful team supporting me.
