i have been a Wells fargo account holder for years. This was the first time inside this branch office. I had some banking that I perfered to do with a teller than an ATM. Place is clean and was not crowded at all. There was only 1 customer ahead of me in the wait line. I had some very confusing questions, well at least I was confused. The teller was very patient and helpful.

Call me impatient or what you will but this staff has zero sense of urgency when the lines are long. Common sense would say: Short or no line, sure chat with customers about their day, dog, Grandpa Joe and the weather. Have that hometown bank personal feel, that's valuable for sure. But when 10-15 people are in line, make adjustments and get to the task at hand. Know your audience, read the playing field. Have two speeds, take care of business and service the customers. Oh and when there are 5 people behind the counter and only 2 tellers open, consider opening up a new window instead of thanking the line for their patience and saying we will be right with you. Multiple visits with this sort of behavior. I avoid this branch unless absolutely necessary.

The atm experience at the browns valley parkway branch has become miserable in 2023. It’s new year’s eve and I went to withdraw cash and both atm machines have no money to dispense and are useless. My last visit was the same with one machine not having any cash to dispense. I even put my wells fargo card in the atm and it said my card was invalid and spit it back out and I had to reinsert it multiple times before it even worked. The worst of all over two months ago I attempted to withdraw a large sum of money from a non wells fargo account at this exact atm and was given my receipt for the transaction then my card then the machine said unable to dispense cash at this time and completely shut down the screen even went black and the atm rebooted. That withdrawal went through and I was left to dispute with that separate card company for my cash for over a month. I’m rarely able to go inside to the branch so not being able to use or even trust my neighborhood atm is a major issue and if these atm machines are not replaced entirely with brand new working ones I have no choice but to change banks. I honestly should’ve already ate the atm ate my money.

I have been to this bank 7 times for a Trust that I am the Trustee to and beneficiary of 2 accounts that are named in the trust . Every time I go in the same Banker tells me I need something like a court order or EIN . All they are doing is extending time so they can use the interest on my account . My trust was made by a really good Law Firm in Fairfield . Wells Fargo Bank has giving me the run around every time . So I have to go back to my Lawyer to make them release my funds . So if that is what it takes that is what I will do . PISSED OFF TRUSTEE ! Rob R.

I meant to update this review a while ago. But I made an appt to have my son bank account opened and it went really well! Now I see if you make an appt then things will go much smoother (still didn't appreciate how I was treated the first time) but they definitely made up for it! I came back the following week to open up my youngest son a bank account as well.

They have a line going out the door and only 2 bankers are working and they are not the quickest. Not sure what's up with this bank but they need more employees

I tried to open a new account horrible experience. I feel uncomfortable with the new account. Ended up closing it.This branch has horrible customer service. The one star is for the manger that saved the day.

I had a bad experience at the Raley’s branch but went over to browns valley and the the service I received was beyond 5 stars. The branch manager connected me with Erika and she helped me send a wire and reactivate my wire device. Excellent service and completely turned my experience around.

Worst experience in banking ever I should have walked out after the first 10 mins like my husband did. Misinformed information over the phone waited 40 mins that was with an appointment. The one lady said another lady was gonna help since she didn't have experience in what we needed. She was rude saying we weren't suppse to be her appointment, she couldn't help out so she gets the branch manager he was one of the RUDEST people I've ever dealt with in a customer service situation. Because I wasn't agreeing with what he was saying he stands up and says we're done. So as I was walking I said let me ask you one other question and he didn't like what my question was I guess because he starts getting louder and louder and says I'm walking away. How professional to have a argument with a potential customer in the middle of your bank as people are walking in and out. TRAIN you people one to have the proper information and second customer service skills and mannerisms. You are not the only bank in town.

Came here yesterday, they are all ignored us, but when white guy come in, the guy behind counter come out and greet him also other guy but ignored us and not even try to ask us anything needed help or whatever, seem racist branch ever, everyone is so mean and dont helpful at all, i need to wire couple hundred thousands for my new home deposit, so sad i put my onvestment money in wells fargo, i am REGRET IT ! UNPROFESSIONAL ! wire transfer is only took 5minutes ! This is worst experience ever !

Saw some bad reviews but my experience is the polar opposite. They always accommodate me and my multi-transaction headaches. There was a bit of a wait for awhile during COVID as the other branches were closed but it's pretty quick these days. Very pleasant gentleman at the door doing security. Everyone who left a bad review should give it another shot and reevaluate, I love this branch.
