UPDATE 12/14/25
I’ve been back since my first visit and I will say that Stephanie, the master stylist, really was impressive. She did a fabulous job and was quick and efficient and even changed up the style of lashes I requested at the last minute.
As always, I was greeted with enthusiasm and smiles. The salon is very well kept and has very cute decorations ☺️
I have naturally full lashes, but had a gift certificate so I figured why not. This is a review of the studio first. Although, The Front staff was very friendly, the studio itself was somewhat unkept. The bed didn’t look sanitized, and the lash technician’s station just looked dirty.
The technician (I’m not sure what they call the Person who does lashes) seemed a little inexperienced. As someone who uses many beauty and skin care services, I’m always interested in trying things I’ve not done before like getting lashes. Although she was nice enough, there was no professionalism here. She did not explain what was going to happen, what she was going to be doing to my eyes, what things and steps she would go through as we went along. Like pouring soap and warm water all over my eyes. This was a very odd sensation given I did not literally see it coming, This is my expectation when going to a professional salon to have a new service completed. This is the reason for only three stars.
I think, with a little mentoring and more experience with dealing with the public, things will improve. That being said, my lasher looked okay (they are a little much for me) they just looked very unnatural which is the first thing I told her I didn’t want. She was definitely not helpful in making any kind of suggestions. Lastly, one eye has more lashes than the other. I didn’t notice until I got home.
This was not something I will be doing again, just because it’s not something I think I need. But if I do, I will definitely go to a smaller boutique where I find the beauty professionals usually have more experience than at a chain.

The lash Stylist Marlen was amazing.
The environment was beautiful & clean.
The music made my entire experience uncomfortably unpleasant. Culture representation and overall public comfort should be prioritized. Classical, instrumental, lt holiday selections would have been better options. Hope they research their demographic clientele and adjust.

This was my first time getting lash extensions and I was honestly quite nervous because I wanted something that looked natural. Gracie walked me through the steps. She explained all the different styles and gave me her expert counsel.
I ended up taking a nap during this whole process due to the gentle treatment I received and safe environment she created.
I have been returning ever since🥰
