If any one want to or thinking about ordering parts from this company i highly recommend not recommend not to cuz customer service sucks and they won't give you full refund and your parts will come out damage just a heads up for you customers managers are Frank haro and Jeff sickler take the blame on them for your parts being damage or incorrect parts

Should have read the reviews before I ordered from these guys. Took 2 or so months to get a response. Emailing over and over, finally got a response, to be told I was out of the time frame of the return. I feel if they would have answered me in time then I would have met that deadline. Just a horrible experience and the circuit board I was sent was bad/faulty. Oscilloscope tested and bridge rectifier is faulty. But lesson learned.

I ordered parts 12/18 and paid for 2 day shipping. My card was charged. I recieved an email 12/21/18 saying "Hello, It appears our accounting department has informed us that the card used for this order was declined. If you are still interested in these parts you can call us at 661-257-7700 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and replace the order. If you would like to expedite the shipping you may do so. Two day shipping is $39.95 and one day shipping is $69.95. Please keep in mind that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. I placed an order on 7/16/2018, received the order more than a month later. I ordered three parts, received only one correct part. Placed a reorder for correct parts, but needed a return label. I have called three times regarding this return label, have not received yet. Cannot believe this ordeal.

Ordered a part 6 week's ago, was told it would be here in three. Three attempts to contact them to check on status and not one phone call nor email returned yet, spaced days apart. Need to increase their customer support.

Worst company ever. If I could give them zero star I would. It has been a nightmare dealing with them. Unprofessional people & highway robbers. They sent the wrong part & now refusing full refund. I could never get someone decent on the phone. They keep hanging up on me. Called the customer service. The woman who answered the phone said she does not know anything & that I need to speak to customer Service. I told her but I am calling customer service, she hung up on me. I am so furious at this point. I will file a report with BBB & Consumer affairs. I will call the attorney General's office and report their shady dealings as well.

I ordered a LG glass stove top from Andrews and i was assured that it would take 3 but no longer than 4 weeks. I called after 5 weeks because i never got the email that they promised would be sent to me. I called 3 times before I got ahold of someone and he told me they had changed the date of delivery to a month later. I have a feeling they sold my stove top to someone else. When I voiced my disappointment i was told to call LG and complain to them or get my money back. Very rude man. I had already called LG and they were the ones who referred me to Andrews. In the mean time I'm without a stove. Sorry i can't give a * until I get my stove top. Poor customer service and not dependable.

Do not buy from this company. If they had a company motto I'd guess it was the customer is always wrong. They and there policies are dishonest. They claim their product return rate is second to none, but are affraid to offer any kind of warranty with the product. They say there customer service is great, but they have the worst customer service I have experienced. When you purchase a part in the website you will not receive any confirmation of purchase, invoice, or shipping information. You would have to call or email customer service to confirm an order has been processed. I could go on, but to some it up, this company should not be in business.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Got re-routed to this sham of a company through LG looking for specifications of a part. The employee who answered the phone was uninformed regarding merchandise and hung up when I requested to speak with someone who may have more education regarding the subject - VERY RUDE, UNPROFFESIONAL, AND INADEQUATE AT THEIR JOB!

I work for a moving company. As LG's recommended supplier, we have used information quoted by their salespeople on two different occasions for our customers. The prices have been quoted incorrectly both times and caused a headache both for us and for our customers. On the first occasion, I explained the damage and was quoted the incorrect part. On the second occasion, the salesperson did not tell me there was an additional part required to go with the part we actually needed. Incorrect pricing and items on both occasions. I would recommend going through Sears or another appliance repair firm, rather than dealing with Andrews directly.

I always assumed that the cable companies had the worst customer support. This company takes piss poor customer support to a whole different level. I clearly should have read the reviews from this site before I ordered from this company. I really wish I could give a rating with negative stars.
