Went there today and my son told me another little girl used the n-word. I escalated to the employees and was told “we try not to get involved in those matters”. I asked to speak to the manager and asked for their name, and I was told “I’ll go talk to manager”. I asked the employee to send the manager over to me, as I was sitting at the cafe, and they never showed up. Very disappointed and will not be giving my business to a place that allows people to talk like that. Now that I think about it, I should’ve asked for my money back and left.

Don’t even bother with the “cafe” here- waited 20 min to order a hot dog and a soft pretzel, and it took another 30 min for the order to come out. Cafe is also dirty, unbussed tables and trash everywhere

Really poor organization. There were 2 scheduled birthday parties, normal for a weekend, it took more than 45 to get all the kids checked in. The staff were visibly irritated. The Management team needs to re-evaluate how they run the front desk and birthday parties, especially give the price point per child, this is on the higher end of locations to host a party for kids in the SCV. Unfortunate for this place as the kids have a great time.

Previously purchased cards with several visits. When we went to retrieve the visits, we were told two of the cards were expired and one didn't have anything on it. Well, we ended up purchasing three kid and one adult visit. It just didn't seem right that these previously purchased visits were expired, so we spoke with the manager. She advised there were still several visits on the card, that included one adult. I don't know what the previous employee scanned, but it was clearly wrong. We then asked if they could reimburse the visits we purchased (since we had enough prepaid visits on the card to cover) and were told "no". What??!!! Their mistake, yet we have to eat the cost? Take your kids elsewhere, this is way too expensive for what you get and the staff could use some more training. Kids would have just as much fun at a nice playground. There were also issues with the URL code/waiver.Update: The company reached out on this site, asking for a copy of the cards. The photo was sent and crickets. No response or even acknowledgment of receipt. The company response was also removed. Good to know the staff follow the same customer care model as their corporate team.

Went here for the first time today, and not sure I’ll be going back. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that you have to buy their socks! What a rip off!!! I had socks that have the grips on the bottom, so my kids should have been able to wear those. I should have just walked out after that information. And adults have to pay to sit there and watch their kids play!? And then they have an arcade that you have to pay for that is not included with your price. This is another ridiculous thing! This place is a complete rip off and they just want your money. Do yourself a favor and stick to scooters jungle where you can wear your own socks, and adults are free. And the staff is way nicer at scooters jungle.

Attended for a friend's birthday:1) Upon checking in, the hostess gave zero direction toward where the birthday room was.2) Party room host showed up 45 minutes after the start time and asked us how long we had the room, rather than knowing the schedule.3) At 2 minutes after the room time was up, the hostess came in rudely announcing to us (only 5 adults and 2 children) that is 5 after, and stated we need to leave. She began gathering up things without asking and tried to throw away our food. I asked if we could have a bag to carry our extra things, and she said she would get one "later."4) One child left their shoes behind in the party room. When getting ready to leave, I asked the front desk if they have a lost and found. I was told nothing had been turned in. So I asked where they'd put shoes if left in a room. She waved me off and said I could go find the hostess that cleaned our room. I'm sorry, what?! How about you use your phones or little radio or?! I was left to wander the madhouse looking for the rude one.... who was nowhere to be found. We ended up finding the shoes, tossed outside of the door of the party room, under a chair.5) COMPLETE LACK OF SAFETY/ SECURITY. A worn-out velcro strip holding plexiglass hip-height "gates" was more attentive than the actual staff at this place. For any parent of a "runner," this is scary. Not only that, they did not check the wirst bands, or even man the gate as people entered and exited willy-nilly.As we were leaving, my daughter (with my permission) went ahead of me (7yr) and nobody stopped her as she undid the velcro and went right out. We were not close enough for the staff to know we were right there with her.6) My daughter said it was dirty, creepy and too crowded, and once home she asked me if she could donate her Billy-Bees socks because she never wants to go back.

I am completely disappointed in my experience at the Valencia, CA location.When I arrived, I was asked to fill a waiver using the QR code, which I did. Once I completed the form, it clears and starts over. The self proclaimed Manager of the location asked to see the form but I informed that it had cleared and I could not recall the form to show again. She repeatedly told me she needed to see the form, at least 5 more times and each time I expressed that the form had cleared and there was nothing I can show. She became insistent and also told me I was being aggrevating. I finally asked if she can look me up by phone number, which she finally complied to do after a second request then told me I wasn't allowed in because I wasn't in the system and didn't complete the form. I checked my emails and got a waiver confirmation which I showed her and she became frustrated and entered it in.I asked for her regional manager info or corporate number or contacts for complaints and she refused to provide any information including her name. I will reinforce she did confirm she was the manager.This incident occurred on 01/20/2024 at around 2pm.She was completely unreasonable, disrespectful and refused to acknowledge that my form was no longer visible once I clicked the complete button.No employees wear name tags. Not sure if that is policy but in any event, that can be a concern, especially with children's safety.

Today at Billy beez was the worst place that I've came too in a long time . two individual that they say that they are managers, they were giving a hard time just to get my food cause they said they gave it away accidently to another party so it took about 1hr 20min just for two pizzas. Also these two managers should be fire for talking back to costumers all because they were not happy also they charge me for an extra adult that I already paid for. It use to be fun Until PPL like these managers makes this kids place look ugly they should not be working with kids. Don't recommend bad Costumer service...

I've been coming here at least 3 -5 times per month. Suddenly when I come in today, there's a new woman named Maria who I've never seen before that's claiming she's manager and refused to search my name by last name after saying she couldn't find my number. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Save your money. Stick to Scooter's Jungle. Service is poor. Party coordination can be improved. Front desk staff look unhappy and bothered when asked for help. Chloe was nice. Kids do have a great time. But if you're looking to get what you pay for, this isn't the place.

I have never been to a kids entertainment facility where parents have to pay an entrance fee just to watch your kid. An entry fee just to watch your kid play, it's ridiculous. This place is a rip off.

Thank you Chloe for making our party experience spectacular! My son loves coming here and of course he picked Billy Beez to celebrate his birthday. Managing and wrangling kiddos is more than enough work for me, so it was awesome to have Chloe take care of all the party logistics. Check in* now this is the only part that is a necessary evil, gotta keep the kids safe and all. Special thanks to the manager Alma for coming out and double teaming the wrist bands and check in process so that we can get these anxious kids playing as quickly as possible. Such a great time and amazing memories made. Thank you again Billy Beez!

Terrible customer service. Alma needs to find a new job where she’s be happy because her attitude in an environment full of kids was absolutely terrible. Waited almost 30 minutes for wristbands for a party that was reserved for 3:30, we arrived 15 minutes early as recommended to. Party room was dirty when we entered, they did not clean the tables they just put table cloths over it. The pizza was cold when it was brought out to us, and we asked them not to bring it out yet, but they did anyways. Conner, our “host”, didn’t say a word to us. Our father wanted to voice her complaints to Alma and he walked away while she was talking to her because someone requested a spoon. Overall we didn’t feel welcomed there and there were a selected few associates that actually enjoy working there. The others, need to find a place they’ll be happy working at. -10/10 do not recommend this location. EDIT: My baby Brothers 2nd birthday ended with him catching RSV & Bronchitis.

They were rude and disrespectful and they were not even doing their job all they got all the kids sick and and me and my family flew out their to get a terrible place I made a reservations they said they gave my table up to somebody else party then I had to wait hour and a half just to get my table, then they can rush my family to go get the kids because they said they have somebody else after me. I think you, give me a short time for them eat and drink then they just kicked us out keep rushing us The food was cold do you drink taste badly
