“We had 2 blow outs on our 2018 Forza that severely damaged a couple of our storage compartments including ripping the electrical bay completely out. When the tire treads came off, they also wiped out the multi color paint. We were referred to Elite by another RV repair that couldn't handle the job. When I brought the coach out to them, Miguel walked me through everything that needed to be done finding a few things I didn't notice and I'm very picky! He and the office kept me updated on parts availability and progress. (Some parts had to be custom made due to Winnebago not having them.) I just recently picked the coach up and was pleasantly surprised! They rebuilt the compartments better than original, fixed all the fiberglass and other damaged parts. The part of the repair I was most concerned with was matching the paint. They NAILED it! They did an amazing job of color matching and smoothing into the existing paint. They also handled all the insurance hassles and generally just made the entire crappy situation super easy! I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a high end coach!”
