Our closet doors were already installed when we bought this house 16 years ago, so the closet doors are even older. The plastic around a wheel broke and another was cracking. Luckily the manufacturer’s sticker was on the door so I could reach out for replacement wheels.
Janet Rivera was my customer service representative and from the first contact to the last (via email and phone calls), she was professional and courteous. I had expected to pay for the replacement parts but she said there was no charge and overnighted the wheels.
I have also been happy with the quality of the doors as they are full size, mirrored, sliding closet doors (10 panels between all the closets) and they all function perfectly well after so many years (other than the two plastic parts that have worn over time).

We ordered 10 cabinet doors for brand new custom closets and now after received I am thinking maybe premade MDF doors from home depot may looks and feels better with 80% less cost.
This company must think they are doing business in la la land.
Will see how long they can be in business.
They really don’t have enough explaining or show when you received, you will be disappointed 100% and it is too late, they already spent your money and they will say “they are custom made to screw you!”
I think better leave them alone so they can start something they are good at because definitely this is something they are good at.

The customer service was outstanding! Jessica helped me locate a part from my wardrobe system that I installed over 25 years ago! She went the extra mile and was super friendly! Wonderful!

These people suck; bought my second set of doors from Home Depot in Eastvale, California, and the top Channel was bent. They want to charge me $143 for a new channel. Doors are cheap and need to touch-up paint everywhere. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought this custom door from home depot. Contractor just got here to install our closet sliding door. We ordered a 60x81 door. For some dumbo reason they added an extra inch to the track (61 instead) so now we have to cut the metal half an inch off each side so it’ll fit properly. 60 inches is standard so I have no idea why they would add the extra inch and cause most customers to have to cut it to size. When I called this California company to ask: “hey I ordered a 60 in track why did I get a 61 in track? Did you mess up cutting?” “No we do that because some closets are square” WHAT?! Hahaha well that’s some common sense right there!

CLIENTS & CONTRACTORS BEWARE!!!I am a new local contractor when I called to set up an account the customer service rep Jessie who was very nice and told me I would need to talk to local sales rep Donna Mathew's to set up account. I wish I would've just dealt with Jessie because right away she started off presumptuous said I need to have a commercial storefront and it would have to be my business.(I have 2 business associates that purchase here without a storefront and I'm not sure why you would assume that the business I am calling you about isn't mine) when I tried to clarify on the commercial storefront she kept reiterating that the business needs to be mine (I finally told her I am a sole owner and the business is mine why is she reiterating that when I'm asking for clarification on the requirement of storefront) she said I can call her manager if I don't understand or need further help. When I asked for another rep instead as I told her I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble I just needed clarification she laughed and said she wouldn't get in trouble anyway! Then when she said that I agreed to getting her manager Alan Reid's number and I did say I would let him know my experience as now I feel offended by her rude comments to which she scoffed and chuckled before giving me his number. When we got off the phone I tried dialing and it went to voicemail in the middle of the day so I can only assume she called him right away to say her side so he can back her or he doesn't care anymore than she does about being available for clients. Either way I don't wanna waste my time I already fulfilled my order elsewhere but for those wondering about this place. This was my experience trying to set up an account Either way I would rather continue driving to the valley and buy glass from there than here because of this kind of service. CW is a great place for material but when you can't even purchase and the staff treats you as such I would rather not give my HARD EARNED money to someone who doesn't care about clients. That's how I make my living is clients obviously you don't car as I see many complaints no resolutions or responses.

Not the best service, orders are always delayed and the quality on the product is very questionable. I have to respond to my customers over the product they sell to us. When I talk to Customer Service, they always give me promises that ARE NOT fulfilled. (Very sad).

I was just fired from cw by the supervisor Frank at the v-2 warehouse over a time sheet dispute . Mind all of you I did nothing wrong it was all a misunderstanding I was told to fill it out by someone above me. He handle the situation so poorly and unprofessional. To try and make me understand the problem he used the saying “ if someone tells you to jump off a bridge are you going to do it “. At the end of the day I get a phone call saying I’m let go over attendance which isn’t true. I feel like they did me wrong and there’s nothing I can do about since I’m under the agency. I used to be with the company but after leaving and coming back I had to thru the agency. They don’t care about there workers!!!

Ordering was simple and easy but actually getting correct delivery information and having consistency from customer service was horrible. The order was delayed 3 times I was told everyday it had shipped and never did and then when it did ship it didn’t arrive on time and when I called customer service, I was told that it would be here that day and it never showed up and when I called the very next day, they said it never even shipped and five hours later. It appeared at my warehouse. Customer service does not communicate with each other. They don’t understand how the shipping works. They have no proper information to help the customers make this process easier I would never shop here again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! MY COMPANY ORDERED 80 VANITY MIRRORS FROM CONTRACTORS ONLY FOR THEM TO SHOW UP 2 WEEKS LATE, POORLY PACKAGED AND MORE THAN HALF BROKEN AND MIRRORS BACK ORDERED ON TOP OF THAT!! THEY ARE NOW 3 WEEKS BEHIND AND NO ONE CAN GIVE ME AN ANSWER ON WHEN OR IF WE WILL GET THE REMAINDER OF THE MIRRORS IF YOU CAN GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE AT ALL, WHEN YOU DO GET THEM ON THE PHONE NO BODY CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN A STAR I WOULD. THEY ARE COSTING MY COMPANY A LOT OF MONEY AND IT SEEMS LIKE THEY COULD CARE LESS.

I had pick up from them....so, first they mixed my 2 stops, then they load me over weight 5k lb and on BOL says 40k lb so 10k more that what they say and now on my first stop (which originally should be last) I have problem and I'm waiting 4hrs to someone solve problem (time zone difference) I lost 2 days because of them. Never ever again. Two stars is only because people work there, come nice and handy
