Crown Trophy is under new ownership, and this was my first experience working with Andrew. He has been absolutely awesome to work with. He is incredibly responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable. And when I messed up on timing and was late to pick up my order, Andrew was even willing to stay late to ensure I had my order for our event. Whether it is a customized medal for our local swim team or a perpetual plaque to honor outstanding volunteers, Crown Trophy has the best options in town. We will be customers for years to come!

My physician was retiring and I needed a rush order of a crystal appreciation award. Andrew was very pleasant when taking my order making suggestions based on his experience and what would make a perfect gift.

Crown Trophy provides excellent service as they create name badges for our new members each month. their work is always accurate and completed before I need it. The owners are very friendly, and have become wonderful community partners with us. We highly recommend their services for trophies, name badges, and awards of all kinds.

Crown Trophy were amazing from start to finish. I needed enamel pins for a specific event out of town and had a hard deadline since I needed to pack them and take them with me. I had a custom design I made on my laptop. I am not a designer and it wasn't in the correct design app, was not the actual colors I wanted, etc. Just a black and white image and they communicated with me and came up with a proof that looked exactly like what I had described to them. They made them and shipped them well within the time I needed them before leaving town for the event. The pins look amazing and the price was great. I highly recommend Crown Trophy.

I felt like I didn't have their full attention when they were taking my order, so I even sent an email to reconfirm the ALL the details. When I went to pick my order up it was created with the wrong material. An engraver was willing to redo it, however I didn't have the extra couple days to wait for that. On a good note: they were kind, and it's a mom and pop store so I may give them another shot in the future. I would recommend writing down your description and maybe draw a mock up to give to them when your order is being taken. They are a mature couple and have a lot on their plates. No pun intended.
