I’ve come to this specific Gerber location twice and both times have been a positive experience. The estimators here are quick, efficient, and kind. They communicate with you throughout the process and give you updates through text. My car was ready in a week. Enterprise even partners up with this shop and will drop off their car rental here for you. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. Best service and your car ends up being good as new. 10/10.

We can't say enough wonderful things about our service advisor, David Gonzalez, and the front desk representatives, Erika, and Norma. They are all fantastic with exceptional customer service. David takes his time to make sure that everything is right and his quality control is phenomenal. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and their safety. We have now taken several vehicles here and have asked for David every single time. We are completely satisfied with the exceptional care he provides our family. We are loyal Gerber customers because of him.

Gerber-Valencia made repairs on my car one year ago. After using other body shops in town, Gerber exceeded my expectations! Customer service went above and beyond, and repairs restored my car like new. Recently I visited Gerber-Valencia in need of a minor adjustment- which had nothing to do with last year's service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and made the necessary adjustments at no charge! Thanks, Gerber-Valencia!

Customer Service is alive and well with David at Gerber Collision! David inspected my vehicle and walked thru exactly what it needed and what the shop could do for me. David's knowledge and thoroughness was much appreciated. He has a pleasant nature, good sense of humor and made a conscious effort in helping me. It's hard enough to deal with the expense, stress and safety concerns of vehicle repairs, so knowing he was on the "same page" and understood this is exactly why I'm happy to work with him and Gerber. .

Gustavo was good with my car, i got honest and timely updates about the time it would take, when done he showed me photos of the work in progress and the inside of my car, he was a cool guy, everything was relatively painless, I recommend, A++

I had a car accident, and I chose this place to repair my car. The service was perfect. My car is perfectly repaired. I'm so happy to choose here! My insurance company also recommended this place, too. Especially the staff are so kind and professional. David and Mr. Kim, really appreciated it. You guys are the best! Gerber Collision and Glass Repair is fantastic! The work they do is amazing. My car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor when they were finished with it. They are friendly, professional, and have a great customer service work ethic. I always knew the status of the repairs to my car from text messages received regularly. All work is guaranteed for the whole time you own your car! They will make anything right if you're not satisfied. I couldn't be happier. You definitely owe it to yourself and your car to go see them. They always go above and beyond. 5?'s +++

I smashed the side mirror on my car. After a bit of research, I expected my repair to cost anywhere between $300-$500. I ran over to Gerber Collision for a quick quote. I met GILBERT. He removed all the pieces and put them back together again. Other than a couple of scratches, my car looks brand new!!!! NO CHARGE! What an absolute sweetheart. He could've easily told me it needed to be replaced, but he sincerely did his best to repair it for me.....and now he has a customer for life!!!! Run, don't walk to Gerber's for repairs......AND ASK FOR GILBERT!
