My office has been using Image-2000 for years. They always provide excellent customer service. Yesterday I called in to request service on my SHARP MX-3100n and they were able to send someone out within just a couple of hours. The issue was taken care of quickly and the technician even recalibrated our machine. I highly recommend purchasing a MFC Printer because they also offer routine maintenance.

I would not recommend leasing a machine from this company. The multi-use machine we lease always breaks down. There are always different issues with the machine that causes it to be out of service. Getting a technician to show up and repair the machine takes longer than it should.

We are returning our plotter. Was told to contact you to get it ready for shipment. Your guys came out to do whatever it is and left. Week later the shipping company comes to pick it up, guess what, they can't, as your guys did not uninstall the feeder, so the shipping company has to come back again. Not only that, but they also want to charge us for this first non starter, which was not our fault, as your company did not do what they were supposed to do.

Spent over $900 to replace the maintenance kit on the main copier in the office and the same problem came back 8 months and 50K copies later (it's supposed to last well over 200K copies) and was told that parts are only warrantied for 30 days. The maintenance kit itself was over $600. Feel so ripped off. Had another tech company come out to take a look at the problem and was told that the machine was never calibrated after the maintenance kit was replaced. Extremely disappointed after reading all the positive reviews. What a let down.

I have used Image 2000 for over 15 years at 3 different locations. The service is exceptional and they stand behind their equipment. In addition, they don't try and oversell you. They match your needs to the services provider. Good group of people!
