She had me try several beds before l decided to buy one. Loretta didn't push me to buy a bed, she let me take my time to decided on the bed l wanted. My son compare prices on his phone with other companies they couldn't beat their price. Loretta made it easy for me to buy a bed. She is a very nice lady and easy to talk too. The men who deliver my bed were so fast and clean up the packing. They did their job so well and show me how my bed works before leaving. Ask if l had any questions regarding the bed.
