These people are worse than scammers and frauds these people are a family and a business that has no morals and values when it comes to children. My Son started school Tuesday/Thursday the first time Aug 18 2020. On Thursday 8.20.2020 he was injured on school property in the classroom where his toe was sliced underneath a doorway, due to the new Covid protocols we are advised as parents to take our children shoes off and leave them at the door so they are have no shoes from 9-12 pm. My sons name is Kanaan and he was in Miss Julia's class. Story of what happened is still unclear to me because the photos tell a different story they told me stubbed his toe on door way?!? This looks like a more of a slice of the toenail because either the door was open or shut on his foot. The story as a mother is not adding up to me and I have still not been given an explanation on what exactly happened. The director of the facility was not very happy with how I was questioning everything that she did not say sorry she said her staff handled it the way that they should have and was not given a phone call during time of incident. The phone conversation with the director did not go well because all she kept asking was what did I want but I told her all I want is for her to listen to me because I do not believe the story that I was told and I want to know the truth. She did not like that and told me that I was not allowed at her school and she would refund me. I of course was not planning on returning to the school as you can see they do not take care of kids in the school as you can see. This was his second day. I did take my son to urgent care: he has a toenail avulsion due to the impact of the door. They keep on blaming my child that he wanted to go out but they are the adults and should be watching the children better as well as making sure there is nothing hazardous for a child to get this type of trauma or injury done onto them. Shame on them for the way they handled this. Hannah your Professionalism is disgusting! The repercussions that have come out of this situation is worse because I will have to be taken care of my child for the next 30 days he will not be able to wear regular clothes toed shoe the trauma done to the toe nail is so severe that to not have an infection he will have to have the toenail cleaned her hour for the next two weeks causing me to miss work causing me to have emotional distress causing me to have an impact to my daily life where I can no longer continue on working due to having to take care of him and his injury so it does not worsen. I am completely out of resources I do not have a secondary childcare option and this is devastating for me and my child who has to deal with the pain and be scared of something as simple as a bath. Ultimately I was kicked out school not given an apology or asked how my child is doing? I was treated horrible by the director Hannah! Beware of this school!

This review is long overdo. My 5 year old is now in TK at elementary school, but her 2 years of "school" experience in preschool at Monarch laid the foundation for a very responsible, and ready little girl. My daughter is shy and her teachers always took the time to help bring her out of her shell. To see her now in elementary school, receiving awards for her efforts, makes me reflect on the foundation Monarch laid. When she went to school there, we commuted 45 minutes a day from Simi Valley so she could be at a school close to my work. She never complained about the drive, because she knew that school was like another home for her. They helped her with any fears that arose, as sometimes kids develop those in the preschool years. Pat on the back Monarch! And especially Hannah and Amy, thanks for making all my mommy worries go away!

I will put it VERY simply. Monarch Academy has changed my daughter's life - for better and forever. As a father - nothing is more important than my children. Their "foundation" of life will strongly determine their outlook and success in life as a whole. I cannot stress the amount of compassion, thought, intelligence and care everyone at Monarch has given to both of my children. From their smaller class size, to their attention to detail - their all inclusive nature to their safety and secure facilities. No stone has been left unturned and no avenue left unexplored. If I could chisel my positive experience with them in stone I would. Yes - this is an unyielding and enthusiastic endorsement. My children are my soul - and Monarch Academy has helped them soar - hence the passionate review. I am honored to have Monarch Academy as the foundation of my children's future. You will be too.

As an early childhood professional with nearly two decades of teaching experience, I love Monarch Academy. Their educational approach is spot on. Yes, I’d choose Monarch for my child!
