Called just now to ask a few questions before I order the wheels that I like, Ryan was very professional and he answered all of my questions and assured me that the wheels that I want are in stock and will be shipped out immediately as soon as the order is placed. Thanks again Ryan

Bad experience w this company. They offered a discount via eBay (which I have proof of) then didn't want to honor it. Actually told me I had to order an additional set of wheels to get the discount. Called them, spoke w Ryan who was of no help either. Actually hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor.

I ordered a wheel on a Friday afternoon and realized later in the evening that I ordered the wrong wheel. No big deal since it hadn't been shipped yet. So I email the company asking them to cancel the order. Got an automated reply about them being closed. Again, no big deal. I'll wait 'til Monday morning and they'll cancel it no problem.Monday afternoon at 2pm I get an email saying my order was shipped. 2 hours later I get an email saying they can't cancel the order because it had already been shipped. This would be fine if I'd tried to cancel relatively late in the day that it got shipped, but I didnt. I emailed them 3 days before it was shipped. You would think in the 5 hours before it got shipped (9am-5pm monday through friday) that the sales email would have been looked at.Now, because nobody seems to even look at that inbox until half way through their day, I have to pay a 50 dollar return + restocking feeAND I HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACKSo I will lose almost half the value of the wheelI will commend them on the speed of arrival once it was shipped, and the prices were reasonable. Their return policies are completely unreasonable, however

I got a set of wheels from this place that didn't fit so i wanted to send them back. I paid 695 for the wheels and they were only going to give me 511 back due to restocking fee (not an issue because it is listed in the return policy) but when I go to return them I was then told I had to pay the shipping price to take them back which was 240 bucks. That was never listed in the return policy. Not happy at all.

Next Level Motoring is the same as Circuit Performance when asked to price match them, they went in and changed the price on circuit performance website then lied about it. This is my 4th set of wheels from them its sad that they will be losing a repeat customer. Not only that but one of the wheels arrived scratched.

I don't get why this company gets a bad rap. NGL I was scared because I didn't read the reviews before I bought from NLM till after, but my purchase and pick up was 10/10. I ordered a set of Avid SL01s on a Friday night. Received a pickup notification the following Tuesday night, and picked them up Wednesday. I inspected every wheel of mine at their warehouse because of prior reviews. But packaging was clean, damage free and the wheels were untouched. The wheel damage reviews should be directed towards fedex / ups because I assume that's where the damages happen in transport. Valencia where NLM is located, is smack dab in the main hub for packages. Everyone's packages travels the I-5 one way or another. The warehouse was organized, boxes were stacked nice and no visible damages to the boxes. The two guys working seemed pretty chill, and had to provide an ID for verification. I even ordered a set of hub rings from Amazon not knowing it was from them, and received it in excellent condition the day prior.Had my wheels mounted and balanced the same day with Gorilla tuner lugs, and America's Tire said everything was squared away. Went to Mexico to confirm and everything felt good.If you Iive relatively close, just make it a day and pick your wheels up. A+ experience.

Probably one of the worst customer care experiences I have ever experienced in 2021!!!I purchased a set of wheels in square fitment that they sent. Upon opening to ready for the tire mounting, I discovered the hub bore diameters were off. A local machine shop also verified they sent a half set of one diameter & half a set of another... their mistake.I then called customer support looking for some insight and/or way they would possible help.Or at least a way to lessen the financial blow of fixing their mistake or making it better for usI was told by Ryan in customer car,“Well... just Send them back, get a refund, and buy different rims”Offering this is a minimal attempt at making thingsRight- no apologies , no true resolution or compassionJust a return & he knew the car had to be prepped and ready to go in 2 days time.He truly cared nothing about the issue the company put us in. I could feel the disinterest in even talking to meHe just kept repeating ,“send them back and then buy different wheels”We accrued a cnc machining bill to get the 2 hub centers bored out because the rims had to be on the car for a deadline & they offered no sincere helpFor our unique issue. It’s these kind of shoddy business ethics that ruin the reputation of a company. I would like anyone reading this to realize even if your order is 100% perfect and you do all the fitment verification like I did with a sales person, you can still be treated in a very unprofessional way when it’s clearly the company’s mistake. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering through this company or contacting them about any wheel help.

Not even sure if they have some type of quality control there but I received a wheel way out of shape and they refused to do anything I fully regret wasting my money here, please save your money and definitely go somewhere else

I ordered an Avid.1 "HyperBlack" rim from NextLevelMotoring. I ended up receiving a wheel that looked Silver in color. When I reached out to them about this, they said that there might be slight differences between wheel batches. That is totally understandable, but when the difference is this great, I really do question what kind of shop they are running. They authorized an RMA, but I would have to pay multiple restocking fees as well as paying to ship the wheel back to them. They honestly treat customers as if they were in the wrong for ordering from them. I'm probably not going to send it back since it's going to cost almost the same as what I paid for the wheel to return it to them. It's ultimately a manufacturing issue, but they still don't want to take responsibility as a distributor. Highly don't recommend NextLevelMotoring.

Never dealt with such a terrible company, did not ship the product. Then tried to make it my fault as to why. Buy elsewhere!
