This review is long overdue. Jason, owner of Priority Tech, has done computer work for me for over 15 years. Prior to finding Jason I used at least a dozen other computer techs/companies for business and personal needs. None could hold a candle to Jason and his team. They are in a completely different league. Jason has such an extensive knowledge of all things tech it is quite remarkable. I am known to have some obscure tech issues but Jason takes it in stride, not batting an eye, while he solves my problems and explains what he is doing as well. He has also helped my aging parents with more basic issues. I have heard so many horror stories over the years about other companies of the problem being worse after the tech left or the tech researching the problem on your time. That will never happen with Priority Tech. They have always solved all my problems and even given me suggestions to improve my system to avoid future issues. I have recommended him to numerous people and will continue to do so. Priority Tech should be your first and only call when you have tech issues.

Apparently I had a different experience than most with Priority. I had an external hard drive that was clicking. I brought it to them and agreed to the $50 diagnostic fee. They called and said it was a mechanical failure and they could not recover the data and referred me to another place. As I was paying the fee, I asked what they did to diagnose the drive. Matt told me he plugged it in, heard the clicking and knew it was a mechanical failure. I told them the drive was clicking. Even though I did agree to the diagnostic fee, I think it was a little disingenuous to charge me the fee for simply plugging in the drive. That really isn't "diagnostic" Live and learn.

Jason is without any THE #1 solutions person for all things computer related. I've been a loyal client for roughly five years. Jason is super competent, responsive, easy to deal with, always available and very fair on his billing. He's fixed software/operating system problems, serviced my desktop and several laptops and upgraded hard drives. Jason can fix what Microsoft screws up which is frequent with their regular updates. Jason is quite simply FANTASTIC!

I had a problem with my computer shutting down due to an overheating issue and I automatically thought it was the fan since putting my Dyson fan on it seemed to fix the problem. Jason answered the phone and was able to see me the same day and ran diagnostics and actually figured out what the problem was which was not the fan and it's been a few days after his fix with no issues at all. He's very knowledgeable and efficient and his diagnosis was impressive. I appreciate ow quickly he came out and fixed my problem and so happy he is local because he will be my go to for computer issues always!

I am so happy with the response and professionalism of this company. I had been waiting on call backs and quotes from other IT companies with no success so I decided to look up someone on Yelp and came across Priority Technology Solutions. I am huge on reviews so I took the time to read all of them and was not disappointed. I can confirm that all the positive reviews hold true and not only did I hire this company to fix some issues I had but hired them to maintain my IT needs on a monthly basis. I am a very happy customer. Good find.

Computers are great when they work but are the bane of my existence when they don't. I'm electronically challenged so finding a fixer who is honest and won't price gouge is sometimes difficult. My husband took the laptop to Jason and he was above and beyond what we could hope for. He was honest, fast, reasonable, down to earth, and the laptop is faster and smoother than it has ever been. Highly recommend!

A big thank you to the Priority Technology Solutions team. Jason, Lars and Nicole are on top of their game. Getting up and running so quick when my Laptop was not working right. With out my laptop. I cannot get my clients their estimates, information, contracts, etc. Great service and fair pricing.

This company was a little difficult to locate, but is was worth my persistence. Their price was really good as well as their service. Very friendly and professional. The tech was great and he got my desktop blazingly fast with a solid state drive and more RAM. Saved a bundle on buying a new computer. They also followed up and called me to see how I was doing with my new upgrade. What business does this? Very few if any. Great company. Therefore, five juice stars.

Very professional staff starting from the receptionist to the technician. Had a new battery for my mac installed and some clean up. When I picked up my computer the next day, they advised me on what I could do to make my computer more efficient. They are my go-to computer wizards!!! Oh, and their pricing is more than fair. Elaine

I received a call today from a "Nicole," asking for my email address. When I asked her what she needed this for, she stated that they were getting a bounce back. When I asked her again as to why she needed my email, she stated that I had an outstanding balance! Once I remembered what I used them for, I stated to her that this would be impossible as their business is a point of service and payment has to be made in order to pick up your machine! She said she was new and was cleaning things up. I laughed and explained to her that I made payment at time of pick up, and was given a receipt both times that I used their service. Nicole then had the audacity to ask me if I could send her copies of my receipts, lol! I kindly told her to "Go Fly a Kite," in less than a few words. Will probably not be returning to this shop, considering they have employees calling out trying to extort you after you used their service and paid. This is simply a bad business practice and makes no sense whatsoever...

I highly do not recommend giving your business to someone who does not treat his employees fair and fails to meet deadlines for them when things are owed by a certain date. I also do not recommend working with a company who is not in step with many laws. There are other IT company's in the area who treat their employees well who deserve your business. Stay away from here.
