Miguel Soler and his team at Valencia Remax Realty is professionalism at it's finest. Miguel is very knowledgeable in many communities including the Santa Clarita Valley. Miguel & his team have the needed resources to get your home updated, if needed, during the escrow process and after the home inspection. These items could include chimney work, A/C & heating, & electricians to name a few. After living in our home for 43 years, items needed to be brought up to code, and Miguel oversaw the entire process from start to finish. Our home sold the first day, and his lender was able to close escrow in 14 days. He also set us at ease during the entire process. I again listed with Miguel & his team when selling my mother's home in Newhall. Miguel & his team worked endlessly to get the needed work done & closed escrow on time. I tried to buy a property that Mark Allan was selling. It was taking backup offers, and he told me he was not only the seller but also the buyer agent. He told me buyer had to sell their house first but it wasn't moving and seller was a widow with two children and had to get out. He said he would disclose the current offer to put be in a better buying position. I'm already pre approved and don't have to sell my house. He set up a appointment the next day and never showed but my agent did. We loved the house and later that day he called my agent to see what I thought. She told him we were going to make a offer. He told her to wait till the next day he wanted to confirm with seller that she still wanted to sell the property. He called my agent the next day and gave the go ahead. We submitted our offer and two days later he said seller would take the offer without the 1% closing cost and he was sending the counter over. Three days later he never did and on the 4th day called my agent to say seller was sticking with the current buyer because they were terminally ill and had a bond with buyer. I thought the whole thing sounded strange after he assured us this was a go. I had a friend call Mark and his partner in crime Danny Vincent called her right back and told her the property was still available but she insisted on speaking with Mark. So the two of them called her back and she recorded the call. Listening to the two of them laughing on the phone and telling her they would take care of her and get her into this property was disgusting! We hadn't even received our rejection letter let and they were already setting up the next victim to buy my dream home. They pushed her to have Danny be her agent and said all the same stuff. They would move the current buyer out of escrow and that she was in a perfect position to move right in. The next morning my agent got the rejection letter and 2 hours later Danny was texting my friend that he had new information that the buyer hadn't shown his house in over a week and that she needed to see the property so they could get a offer in ASAP. If this isn't unethical I don't know what is. He is a agent that wants commission on front and back and if you don't go with him you will not get a property. I too am a widow with a daughter and these two men should not be allowed to not only take advantage of widows, they should not be taking advantage of a terminally ill person and disclose a buyer/sellers personal information to gain sympathy for his own benefit of a sale. There are other good agents out there you don't need to lower yourself to their standards! BUYER SELLER BEWARE!

Cash McCallum did an outstanding jIb selling my home in Valencia. Extremely friendly and gave the proper advice and recommendations in order to get the house ready for the market. He even did a video of the home to post online. The house sold two days after listing and I even received offers for above the asking price. He was always available for assistance. I would recommend him to family! He is knowledgeable in all area of the process. Five stars in all areas..

Denise Ballard was our selling agent and we honestly could not be more pleased and impressed with her attentiveness and professionalism. I was hesitant going to a large company for real estate needs because I have had so much luck with smaller companies in the past, but I am really happy with how things worked out here.
