I came in to pick up an online order and was greeted by friendly staff. I let them know the order was a gift and they offered to wrap in a cute gift bag and make it fluffy. I had a nice exchange with the employee who went above and beyond with her customer service. Highly recommend this store. It was a nice change from VS.

My wife wanted to stop by this Soma store when we came to the Valencia town center. I took her to the store in Woodland Hills so she's already familiar with the brand. When we walked inside, the lady working greeted us and told us about the sale they are having. She was very helpful to us and other customers in the store. She was trying very hard to provide the best customer service and she did. My wife took a took at the sale rack and saw some stuff that she liked but didn't purchase it.

So disappointed. I spend so much money at this store. I introduced my kids, friends and family to Soma. I actually spent a great amount of money buying my mother bras from this particular store. Unfortunately my mother being older got sick and lost over 40 pounds. The bras I bought her are way too big now. With tags and never used bra she went to exchange for a smaller size. She was denied. I thought the business would be more compassionate and understanding yet I see it’s just as cut throat as ever. Well I hope the two ladies at the store don’t have any issues in the future where they are met with such obstacles and when they need someone to help they aren’t met with opposition such as they showed my mother. With customer service as this I don’t see this store hanging around for long. Again what a disappointment.

My Sister and I had never come to this Store !! We have been missing out !! The selection of bra's is amazing!! We got exceptional service from Paulette !! She took her time with us !! She measured us and brought us a variety of bra's that would fit our shapes !! She was so nice and funny !! Julia helped check out my Sister and she was professional and nice too!! Great Team !! We had a great experience and this is our go to Store from now on !! Hurry get going to Soma!! They have the softest PJ 's too !!Thanks Ladies you are the BEST ...

Not all Soma stores are created equal. This is such a great store to shop at and have fun picking out pretty things. The staff and clients are great to be around! :)

I just had the most enlightening and wonderful bra shopping experience. Tonya took her time to help me find just the right bra making sure I know all the bra laws and how to wear a bra correctly. I had no idea! I'm so excited to wear my new bras and comfortable bamboo T-shirt. Just bummed the workout pants don't have pockets or I would have bought those too! Great experience and great customer service.

Used to be a big fan of this store, clothes, pjs, bras and mostly their customer service. They seemed to have gone down hill in the customer service dept. (well depending of how you look apparently) Have been in the store a few times with my adult daughter and have been completely ignored. Today saw first hand the extremely opposite service given to a Caucasian lady. Hope this was a few isolated incidences and not a norm because the clothes and bras are still great!

I love our Soma and everyone that works there! Always sooo helpful and kind just makes me want to bring my coffee and just chat with them endlessly! Most recently went and they didn't have my size and they helped me order one online. I also got another recommendation and I love it

Being a larger-breasted woman, bra shopping has always been a chore for me and I have always left defeated and bra-less or settling for a bra that's not fantastic and feeling insecure for the rest of the day. I went into Soma with a friend to get a bra for her and she talked up her bras quite a bit, I thought it couldn't hurt to try one on. After talking to Leah about my bra experiences, she offered to do a bra fitting and saying yes was the best decision I could've made. Not only did she make me feel so comfortable during the whole process, she found me the best and most supportive bra I have (now) ever owned, and she took the time to explain why certain bras fit me better than others. Not only did she help me find the best bra for everyday wear, but she also helped me find the best, most supportive and comfortable bras for while I'm working as well. She also went over proper care to maintain the quality and improve the longevity of the products I was purchasing. Leah went above and beyond and I have never been so impressed by customer service. I left the store not feeling insecure and defeated, but excited and relieved to finally find a store I can go to knowing I will be helped with the utmost customer service and be able to find a bra that fits and supports me properly. Leah also informed me about the bra donation program and explained to me how it works. I think that program is so amazing and is yet another reason (along with Leah's phenomenal customer service and knowledge and the quality of the products themselves) I will only be shopping at Soma for bras and intimates from now on. I definitely plan on going back in to donate my bras! I am also very excited to try my new cool nights cami!

Poor customer service. Workers in here are clueless about their own products and spaced off in general. They need to step up their communication and customer service. Also the selection isn't as great as some Soma stores. Disappointed, as I came out of my way to go to this location.
