Their website claims that they are an American owned business and that it takes 5-7 days for delivery. I'm wondering why my SterilAir was shipped from China then! And it has now been 2 weeks and still no shipment.

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Takes months to respond after placing an order. Quotes one price, then insists they can not place the order at that price. One rep says they will honor it, the next rep refuses. I have been trying to place a regular stock order since December.
